The stairs at the old place were uneven and cracked, yet movers didn’t hesitate. They moved heavy furniture without dragging or damaging anything. Each mover seemed to know the best angles. They did a great job, however the payment process was not what I expected. They charged extra for credit card payments and when I asked what form of payment would not incur an extra charge, (check, debit, PayPal, Venmo, etc.) I was told that only cash payments would not be subject to an extra fee. Who keeps hundreds of dollars laying around to pay cash?

Very professional group did everything perfectly fine , treated our belongings with care and very punctual. All that being said. Be prepared for the moving crew to expect a tip and with how expensive it already is They want a pretty big tip . Note that the invoice from the company is not what they expect

We used GJ about 7 years ago for a move and were pleased, so when we needed to move out and store our belonging for a home renovation , it seemed like a good choice. We will never use them again. The outbound move was ok- nice onsite staff. When it was time to return our items from storage and move them back in, it was a nightmare. We had a hard time getting them to confirm the return date. Then they were two hours late (after the end of a long arrival window). We had to track them down to find out they were delayed in loading our things. When the items came back, we had two boxes of molded/mildewed clothing, an upholstered armchair covered in mildews, several pieces of wood furniture with chips an gauges and a desk they apparently lost or destroyed and never returned. They were supposed to provide an update on repairing the desk and never did. We emailed and called repeatedly and never got a response other than an automated email to a claims process. So disappointing. They clearly didn't take care of our belongings and didn't seem concerned enough to even return a phone call.

I was severely disappointed on the service provided by Great Job Moving and Storage. When quoted, I provided the storage unit size, content weight, and itemized the few furniture items. I moved from the first floor to a first floor, and everything was in a box from an international move. I had a crew of 3 men and they were unable to complete the job, despite doing a lot of the heavy lifting myself. The lead guy even had the audacity to text me the next day demanding a tip. Additionally, they charged me close to 30 minutes of transit extra time between locations. Ultimately I was told their time was up that I was quoted, and put the remaining boxes in a detached garage. Now, as a single mom I will have to carry all the remaining items myself between the garage and house, because the movers were slow and lazy to complete the job properly.

This company deserves 5 stars all day long. From intake with Mark Clements to move with Juan and Bismark. It was a good experience. I was kept informed. Price was unbelievable. Juan and Bismark gave new meaning to the words, professional, helpful, efficient and above and beyond. Everything arrived with no damage and they were also very punctual. Give yourself a break. They didn't answer my calls to confirm details of the appointment and didn't call me to confirm until the day before the move, which was a little nerve wracking. But other than that, these guys were great. The movers were fast and did great work.
