"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"My only regret is not hiring Adam Contracting sooner. From the beginning of the project, I was updated on the schedule and cost. All of the employees were professional, and skilled, and left my house clean after each task. If I had issues or noticed something that needed to be changed the owner addressed the concern immediately. I am very happy with the finished project!"

So professionalism is non-existent and follow-thru still hasn't happened. The word of the GM, contractor supv as well as the actual contractors/engineers are garbage. "Very, very disappointing experience; Lux replaced the foundation of my 1850 log cabin. The design was bad, the communication was bad, the execution was bad. Throughout the entire process, they were making mistakes. I now need to pay another company to fix the mess they left behind. I would strongly suggest not using this company!"

"French drain was installed with drain boxes, berm installed near property line, sump pump installed into new drain, top soil added in disturbed areas, grass seed/straw over same. Company told me they'd be back to be sure grass was growing plus I needed more top soil and a cap is missing from sump pump line, but had no repeat visit -- this is my only complaint. The drain held up during/after recent big storm. Berm is deteriorating due to storm and more grass seed was needed before storm. Otherwise, I am very pleased. Company owner and workers were very pleasant. He explained process as work progressed. They're a little expensive, but it was a job well done."

Alfredo Hernandez, the Foreman, kept me updated every step of the process, thoroughly answered every question I had, and addressed all concerns with expert problem solving and skill. These three men were in my home for a couple weeks doing extensive foundation and waterproofing work. They were always professional, courteous, and kept the work space clean. I was able to leave home for appointments with full confidence and trust in this crew. The sales manger, Brendan Feehan, was incredibly knowledgeable as well, and was able to solve every problem with my complex foundation and waterproofing issues. He was accessible to answer any questions I had throughout the process, and available to stop by as needed. Brendan is professional, helpful, and an expert in this profession. He's not just selling products. He understands the complexities of old and new construction"

"Eco Power Works did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom renovation ! Daryl and John were very patient listening to my ideas. They brought in an architect who was reasonably priced and made suggestions to overall designs which I am so glad they did ! The project from Start to finish was on schedule which O was pleasantly surprised - these guys kept their words and their workers were always on time respectful of my property and time. I like that they always checked with me when they took major steps to double check that everyone was on the same page - they communicated every step of the way and were very careful to to do the job right. I really love the beautiful cabinets and marble countertops which were my dreams. I am so glad I hired these guys - they really did a great job overall - will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors !"
