"This was the second time that Dan Kirby worked on a paint job for me. Last year, he repainted the exterior of my house including re-glazing the windows. It was so well done that I think it helped to sell the house very quickly at a better than expected price. After I moved into my new residence, wallpaper needed to be removed from the kitchen and bath, including on the ceiling. Dan did an excellent job in the wallpaper removal and wall repair as well as the painting so that the walls look like new. Dan proved to once again be prompt in providing the estimate which was reasonable. As in the past, Dan was reliable in showing up on time every day, staying on schedule, and working diligently on the project. I am definitely planning on having Dan Kirby re-paint the rest of the house interior in the next few months. I highly recommend him for both exterior and interior jobs."

"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. Installers, Ivan, Nester, and team, worked diligently with removing old countertops and sink as well as installing all the new. We had an issue with a difficult area behind the slide-in stove, and Heather, project manager, quickly scheduled the service team, Otoneil and Victor, who came just two days later and expertly fixed the problem. Heather was great from the beginning to end in answering questions and guiding me through the entire process. I would highly recommend CGM!"

"Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."

"Troy did a nice job, especially with the carpentry part of the job.  Troy found new railroad ties to replace parts that were beyond repair, but the lumber was hard to find because of its dimensions.  Troy finally found them in Madison, bought them after calling me to discuss price and quantity and then hauled them back.  The old rotted pieces were difficult to remove but Troy kept at it and did a really nice job installing the replacement pieces.  The repair work to the other rot was decent but would have been better if framed out temporarily while the concrete dried.  I told him though that I wasn't looking for perfect on that part -- just good enough to stop further rot and fill in the holes.  I had purchased a 4-hour deal through Angies List and Troy was trying to get done within the allotted time.
