"They were on time, efficient, pleasant and responsible. They made a mistake and fixed it, then pointed out where the wood was rotting and were able to repair it immediately. I was so pleased I asked them to paint the soffits, etc. and I plan to use them again in the spring to repair some other items. I also referred them to several friends. I especially appreciated that the price was reasonable and there was no hard sell. The inspection of the work after it was finished was also very good. Thank you to Jamie, Edgar and Louis & crew."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"He was great, very flexible. He painted 4 main rooma before I moved in in about 4 days and it was very helpful. He came back later and also did the kitchen and some sheet rock repair and it just generally a very nice guy. He is very careful not to damage any possessions and will assist in moving things. Also cleans up after his work extremely well"

"This is the second time I have used Troy and his team to do work at my house. Just like the first time, the quality and attention to detail is second to none. The quality is 100% professional. In addition, all of the folks Troy works with were beyond professional and I trusted them in my home while I had to leave and run errands. I am now trying to determine the next project that I can work with Troy on."

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"Amazing company and people to work with! Andrew Boone was sales specialist and was incredibly helpful and definitely went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience for us. The installers were very professional and the results are astonishing. Would highly recommend this company for any countertop work."

"John did a great job - he did a number of jobs to help our household; we have hired him several times and he is always punctual and professional."
