Lenny my project manager was a godsend and helped in everyway, even when we ran into a problem During the demo a water line was broken, and leaking for almost 4 days before we found it. I called Lenny and he handled it immediately and expedited. The company took care of all and any repairs, AND I DONT SEE THAT OFTEN! I absolutely love the siding, I've already had compliments and gave Home Genius future customers! If anybody needs siding, windows, or anything THIS is the company to call, I'm getting my windows from them in 6 weeks! On another not they weren't even afraid of 18 German Shepherds!"

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"The job went very well. Mr. Kirby gave me an approximate start date which was several months out which did not concern me. Because of his reputation he is very busy and my situation did not require immediate attention. When it became close to the original approximate start date I contacted Mr. Kirby and he told me it would be later than anticipated because of adverse weather conditions which I easily understand. Mr. Kirby notified me when he would be able to start and we consulted about the stain color and were able to match the original color perfectly from an old can of paint that had fortunately been left. He arrived early on the start date and as promised first powerwashed the house. He washed my small deck at no charge. The deck was not included in the original estimate. That was done gratis. Then the caulking commenced and when completed the windows were covered with plastic and painting commenced. We lost almost a week of painting because Mr. Kirby had a family emergency which sometimes is unavoidable and I understand. Life doesn't always go smoothly! After a four day break, Mr. Kirby commenced the painting and finished the work in three days. He also did an interior repair that was needed as a result of a roof leak. The damage is no longer visible. He charged $75.00. Another company gave me an estimate of $500! Several days after the work was completed I realized there was some tape residue on the outside of a second story window and contacted Mr. Kirby. He was here two days later and took care of that and some paint spots on a storm door. Mr. Kirby is a consummate craftsman and as a bonus, is a delightful person. I would not hesitate to recommend his services. I have several interior interior projects for next year and will definitely be using him."

Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

They were on time, called prior to their arrival, and worked diligently to get the job done and answer all my questions! Templater, Joey, took his time to get just the right measurements and was thorough. Installers, Ivan, Nester, and team, worked diligently with removing old countertops and sink as well as installing all the new. "Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."

"Troy did a nice job, especially with the carpentry part of the job.  Troy found new railroad ties to replace parts that were beyond repair, but the lumber was hard to find because of its dimensions.  Troy finally found them in Madison, bought them after calling me to discuss price and quantity and then hauled them back.  The old rotted pieces were difficult to remove but Troy kept at it and did a really nice job installing the replacement pieces.  The repair work to the other rot was decent but would have been better if framed out temporarily while the concrete dried.  I told him though that I wasn't looking for perfect on that part -- just good enough to stop further rot and fill in the holes.  I had purchased a 4-hour deal through Angies List and Troy was trying to get done within the allotted time.
