The owner, Ralph, is highly responsive (promptly answering texts and emails and providing a copious amount of relevant information) and exceedingly informed about the equipment he suggests. We trusted him immediately upon our first meeting, relying on his expertise to provide us with the system that would best meet our needs. I was grateful to feel comfortable allowing him to choose the appropriate components for us as it saved me hours of research time. He emailed a very detailed, reasonable and impressive proposal, without any pressure to upgrade beyond what would work in our space. Due to a delay in the receipt of some components, our scheduled installation date had to be moved. Ralph was extremely accommodating, fitting us into his already busy schedule so that our lives would not be unduly interrupted. He and Kevin (a very nice compliment to the team) spent most of one day installing the new system, insuring that all was functioning. Ralph remained at our home into early evening to review the operation of our new remote which operated all of our components. He was unfailingly patient and checked to make sure that we were completely comfortable with the system. In this day and age, it is not always guaranteed that one will have a positive experience with a business. Those guys went way out of their way to mount my Samsung 65 above fireplace and tie-in New surround sound...and make it look PERFECT. Matter of fact, i bought rear surround speakers to mount to the walls to get rear surround effect as well...and once domonic started working, he realized the speakers were a tad heavy and was worried (considering the vibration and proximity to front door of my home) that the speakers might eventually fall off the wall:..so what did he do?? THEY PATCHED THE WALLS TO PERFECTION, THE WORES RUN UNDER MY RUG AND YOU CANT EVEN TELL ATTTTT ALLLLL!!! ITS AMAZING!!! domonic was SUCH a good dude too! Sooo friendly and talkative...he s a MARINE, and he s just awesome guy. I told him ONCE FOOTBALL SEASON STARTS... YOURE COMING OVER AND HAVING A COL ONE AND A BURGER WITH ME !! "My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"
