Wihome Integration Did an absolutely superb job installing a new home theater projector, receiver and associated HDMI cable. They were very helpful in finalizing our selection of equipment models. They went well above and beyond to make sure they could fish the cable through our ceiling and wall with minimum wallboard cuts - in the end only a single cut was necessary.. They were extremely accommodating to work around our schedule constraints. They arrived promptly on time, got the job done on the schedule they had promised, and all of their work was very high quality. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Team was professional and courteous throughout the project. When we spotted issues; they worked with us to find a solution that made everyone happy. Highly recommend these skilled craftsmen.

Wihome Integration worked patiently to design a family room built-in media system with high quality features, which also hits high marks for aesthetics. My home is a condo within a high-rise building, and due to this, there are unique constraints and limits placed on the design, and on how construction can be achieved. The team provided numerous options, even providing a couple of last minute equipment changes as the project was being installed. The system was calibrated and fine-tuned, and after a quick training session, we were able to enjoy the system. We really like that we can access and use multiple accessories (i.e., cable TV, Roku, Playstation, etc.) all with a single remote control. Over the next few days, we faced a learning curve, and there were a few small, technical problems. Dave provided a technical expert who returned to our home, made a few tweaks, provided retraining addressing all of our questions, and we've been good to go since then. Additionally, Dave's team helped us with the ethernet and cable wiring system that had been installed in our home by previous owners. The system had never been fully used, and mostly was not in an active, usable state. Technicians tested, conditioned, and re-tested the system, making it active and usable throughout our home.

WiHome did a great job at our house. Very knowledgable and professional team of experts. I would highly recommend them for home theater turn key projects, complex lighting including fiber optic star ceiling, cat 6 installs, wifi mesh and home networking. Fairly priced, honest and highly dedicated team.

The team is awesome. They did a 5.1 surround system for my TV on the main level as well as a 3 zone Sonos sound system that covers my great room, kitchen, and backyard porch. The system and setup was extremely professional. They did such a good job I’ve hired them again to do a theater system in my basement and two more Sonos sound zones for music in the basement.

I am very happy with both entertainment systems. When problems occur they fix them very quickly. Excellent service!

The team did a terrific job. Our project was somewhat complicated and we knew we wanted a knowledgeable, dependable and responsive group. We also knew we would need their continued service for trouble shooting, additional functions and enhancements. We have not been disappointed and highly recommend WiHome.

Very well. Prompt and competent

Justin Tsuchida was very responsive and reasonable and did an excellent job initially. However, the company apparently lost a key staff members (a partner, I believe) under rather tragic circumstances and soon after that Justin became less responsive to my request for follow up assistance. (Since the last problem we experienced was similar to the original problem that led me to contact Executive 411, I thought the source of the problem with one of the components they had installed. That did not turn out to be the case, however.)

When I experienced the most recent problem several months after the initial service, Justin did come to my home promptly to help me diagnose the source of the new problem--which turned out to be the TV itself. He also later called to offer to sell me and install a replacement TV. He did not reply at all, however, to my calls indicating I'd be interested in discussing that offer. I ended up purchasing a new TV from another company and having them install it.

Finding reliable service for my home theater is not easy, so I may or may not use this company's service again--depending on the response I get if I try to reach them again. Justin seems to be an intelligent, polite and professional young man, so it may be that my most recent, disappointing experience is unusual and isolated.
