"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Outstanding. Looking for high quality siding/Hardie Board, roofing, windows, I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting. About a month ago they finished putting Hardie Board on our Tudor-style home to replace rotting wood and stucco and did a fabulous job at a very fair price (we checked others). The crew was fantastic. Hard working, considerate, friendly, respectful – and talented. I was amazed by their skilled precision and dedication to doing the job right. Nate, the supervisor, kept progress moving efficiently. The crew leader, Ken, knew his stuff and is well-spoken. The house looks beautiful and the Sunshine team ensured everything was cleaned up, put back in order, even preserved gutters. Ryan, the owner, took extra measures to ensure we got the custom colors and other features we wanted. The team was exceptionally respectful of our having to work at home, observed proper social distancing, and scheduled work in stages to be far less disruptive than we thought it would be. We were dreading this job, but the experience with Sunshine put a smile on our faces."

"After talking to and receiving quotes from 6 contractors we selected BK Contractors (Bret) for our remodel. The project included creating a new home office that needed to be insulated and sound proofed, a home theater, a kid’s playroom, half bath, and craft / arts center. Additionally, the hot water heater needed to be relocated with new plumbing lines run. Bret and his team were very professional and great to work with!!! Starting with the design and contracting process, Bret was easy to work with. He was more than happy to spend as much time as needed to help design the project. Like most people, we had a limited budge. Bret was able to offer options that allowed us to stay within our budge while maximizing our design. As for the contract, Bret’s scope of work and contract was thorough and left no doubt we select the right contractor. Within days of signing the contract Bret had the building permit in order and his guys were hard at work. The framing, electrical and plumbing rough-in were competed within a few weeks. All of his employees are very professional, polite, respect your home as if is it their home. At the end of each day, the work site was swept clean and the trash taken out. Throughout the entire project Bret was ALWAYS available and just a phone call away. I would absolutely recommend BK Contractors and will certainly use him again."

"I recently purchased a townhouse and wanted the interior painted prior to moving in.  We had purchased the home out of state and had to coordinate all actions long distance.  I contacted Friendly Painting based on Angie's List and talked with Sam.  We coordinated for a date/time for his estimate.  He provided a reasonable price that included all paint and materials.  We signed the agreement and sent it back to him via email.  A local friend opened the house the day the painting crew arrived.  Our POC stated they worked for two days.  Upon completion the home was done exactly as requested.  The crew cleaned up completely after themselves and left the residence exactly as they had found it.  Based on the long distance coordination, having to work in a home with broken A/C, and the outstanding results, I would highly recommend Friendly Painting for any painting job."
