"Everything went very well, from the estimate to the complete installation. Randy was very easy to work with, and was very efficient. He needed to replace some of the wood, once he removed the old skylight, and the work was done promptly and perfectly. He did not try to push products or services that were not required and cleaned up the work area completely. I will definitely be calling Reinforced Skylights when skylight #2 needs replacing as well. This time I won't waste so much time waiting on other companies to return my calls. My only regret is I didn't know they could have worked on the dry wall replacement as well. "Great work! Ben supplied pictures of the work in progress and explained everything that was being done which showed the roof being pulled back to the "studs" and then how they put the new roof on. They also replaced the skylight at no additional cost. I will definitely recommend them in the future!"

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. The challenging part of having somebody come and inspect the roof was that I had only been in the house for a few years and I noticed some water spots on the ceiling. I had no recollection of whether they were there beforehand or started to create themselves during the 2 years that I've lived here so I wanted the inspection done on the roof. I have no desire to get up on the roof so I have no way to validate the work other than the technician came out and he said there were some nails that needed sealing and he sealed up around some of the vents. I don't think the spots are getting any bigger. There were no additional costs. They were very good with communication. The price was good and the guy seemed to know what he was doing."

Danny Parks did a great job replacing my roof. He also threw in fixing a smaller roof. He was responsive, though I had to call sometimes several times. He was friendly and helpful and I would recommend him. He also had a great idea to wrap the roofing over the edges of the roof saving me the cost of brick pointing. That was huge. He saved me maybe $10,000-$20,000.

HOWEVER, and it's a big however, the front gutter starting overflowing shortly after the roof was put on. Turns out that putting the same roofing material over the gutter rendered it almost flat instead of curved so it could carry water to the drain. Danny came back and fixed one side of the gutter and it worked fine. Then the other side of the gutter overflowed like a waterfall. Danny says he's coming to fix it and he never shows up for months.

Install was on time (3 hours); very nice work. Cleanup and low noise. Excellent! Now we have a very fancy glass shower. Wife is very pleased and we saved several hundred dollars over other other bud prices."
