Get matched with top skylight pros in Enon, VA

"They were able to replace the skylight in less than 2 weeks after the quote. They did a good job and make the finish on the inside look good. A few weeks later, there was a heavy rain and my new skylight is no longer leaking like my old one that was replaced."

"The installers were easy to work with and they did a great job. Our skylights look and work perfectly. This is very good company to deal with. They went out of their way to install the skylights that were of the best quality. The price was reasonable and working out the terms wasn't a problem."

"Todd was great! He came out and knew exactly what was wrong with my skylight right away. He didn't try to over sell me on anything and even called when he was going to be 7 minutes late for the initial appointment! George was also wonderful and both were very professional. The workmanship is excellent and clean!"

"We obtained four estimates for the roof and gutter replacements in May 2017. The decision was between Gutter Ethics LLC and another company. Gutter Ethics had the higher estimates but we really liked the format of the details of their estimates describing what needed to be done and how it was to be accomplished. We particularly liked their personal presentation and the photos/video of the roof showing exactly what the problems were and what needed to be replaced in addition to singles . John, their estimator was very personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all aspects of the work to be done. The Owner, Justin Stanley also contacted me about the estimate and the work to be performed. I advised Justin, that his estimate was higher than another competitor were considering using but we would prefer to hire his company except for the higher estimate for the same work and products. Justin made an adjustment to his estimate and we hired his company to perform the roof/gutter replacements. It proved to be an excellent choice. The original start date of the work was delayed due to rain. However, when the weather permitted, a full crew arrived promptly at the stated time on Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 and went to work. The total job was completed within four day. They did a professional job of covering all plants that would be affected as well as outdoor furniture on the deck and patio. The waterproofing and shingles were almost completed on the first day. After the roof was finished, the old 3" gutters and downspouts and replaced them with 6" gutters and oversized down spouts. In addition to repairing the skylights, Gutter Ethics put in new skylights that allowed much more light into the room. Our new roof and gutters look wonderful and the gutters in addition to looking better on the home, function much better as well. I got to see them function in the recent rains. The work crew did an excellent job in cleaning up and hauling away debris. They also did an outstanding job in picking up all the nails from the property that had fallen from removing shingles and other material. The experience with Gutter Ethics was outstanding from start to finish and we like the fact that they will come out every year for 10 years and perform a free roof inspection."

"Overall I am satisfied with the work that was done in my home.
Ben Meffley the Owner of Sky home improvement came to my home and gave me a better estimate than the previous company. I decided to go to a store to pick out the flooring myself and Ben went out of his way to pick it up for me.
He did a fantastic  job installing the floor, and tried to be considerate in cleaning up any mess left behind.
The floors look wonderful, and I couldn't be happier"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough positive things about working with Kyle and Precision Roofing! Quality, timely work, and kept me in the loop at every step. After Kyle completed the work, we discovered a very complicated rooftop HVAC situation. Kyle hung in there with me (for several weeks, taking time when he didn’t have to) to help resolve it. His consulting skills provided a great source of comfort and I leaned on him as a trustworthy advisor."

"It took much longer than expected, part of this was due to inclement weather & 2 ft of snow. When installer came he noted that porch was not secure enough to place sunroom on.  Owner of company came out to inspect while shoring up was being done.TRS shored up porch. Installer knowledgable and helpful. During demoing & building of stairs, they tripped power to house 3 times, finally they took out old outlet from old porch and used other outside outlet.
Projected time to start was 11/14/15 & finish 12/14/15, was not started until mid Dec., and finished 2/25/16.  County did not issue permit until Dec. TRS might be a little more realistic about construction times. Built sturdy steps & landing and put in all new electric to sunroom. A few knobs for windows missing which they had to reorder and one screen not set in properly and bugs got in, and cover plate to electric box with wiring to porch was not put on. They did fix after a few calls.
When dumpster removed from driveway, it knocked my A/C unit off its base, unit needs to be repositioned we are waiting to see what that will cost.
TRS did send out a quality review staffer to go over the whole project when finished, which is rare, so it appears that they really want client feedback.
