"Roofing and gutter work was very efficient and satisfactory. Removed old shingles and paper and replaced with new paper, ice shield and shingles, all in the same day. Took care to protect foundation plantings and deck. All materials removed and magnetic roller used to pick up loose nails in the grass. Gutters were replaced subsequently; again all work was professional and completed quickly with all debris removed.
Skylight took some work to get the right replacement - non-standard size - but once the right replacement skylight was delivered, removal and installation was done quickly.
Tony and Hassan worked with my insurance company and the adjuster to fully identify what needed to be replaced and did the work for the amount approved by the insurance company. Tony was on-site when the adjuster arrived for his inspection and accompanied him throughout.

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. The challenging part of having somebody come and inspect the roof was that I had only been in the house for a few years and I noticed some water spots on the ceiling. I had no recollection of whether they were there beforehand or started to create themselves during the 2 years that I've lived here so I wanted the inspection done on the roof. I have no desire to get up on the roof so I have no way to validate the work other than the technician came out and he said there were some nails that needed sealing and he sealed up around some of the vents. I don't think the spots are getting any bigger. There were no additional costs. They were very good with communication. The price was good and the guy seemed to know what he was doing."

Contacted Daniel Parks Roofing & Gutters to provide a price quote to remove and install 200 ft. aluminum brown gutter and downspout for a Church's Office building. Quotes were requested from other Angie's Listed firms. Daniel Parks Roofing were responsiveness and professional in our request for a price quote. Unfortunately, their price was a bit higher than two other firms. Nevertheless, we will continue to contact them for future work.
