"JT of Dragon Ridge performed a Home Inspection and Radon Testing of a SFH in Fairfax, VA. JT arrived before I did, and was already examining the exterior of the property. While we waiting for my realtor to arrive, he grabbed a ladder and did a complete inspection of the roof (not all inspectors do this). Once we got inside, he explained the processes and we began. I shadowed him throughout the whole processes, and it was a wonderful experience. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was always willing to provide complete and educational answers about both the good and the bad he found. We got the report later that evening, and it was well written, with plenty of pictures of any deficiencies. He also performed a Radon test, and reported the results a few days later. I spoke to him over the phone about the findings, and he was able to discuss in detail the methodology he used, and the meanings of the testing numbers. "A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.
