I purchased the granite countertop deal from Angie's List on July 28th. I received a message a day later saying they could come to my house Friday, July 31 at 5:30pm. I was pleased with this as it was the same week I had purchased the deal. Unfortunately, no one showed up on Friday. When we called we were told that they had forgotten about it and rescheduled for the following day at 11am. Again no one had showed up and I called the phone number I had multiple times an received no answer. Someone had messaged me on the Angie's site saying they were running late around 11:27am but I didn't see it until later in the day. Robert finally called me an hour later and let me know he was running late from another consultation and apologized.

When he did finally arrive, he was very courteous and helpful which sort of smoothed over things. We scheduled the template to be done the following Wednesday. On that Wednesday, I received a text from Robert saying the granite people's truck was having issues and they couldn't come out that day. I was pretty annoyed by that point but I had no choice but to schedule the template for the following Wednesday (as they are only in my area on Wednesdays). Fingers crossed that the template appointment happens with no issues. Will report back.
