His company is licensed and bonded, and he is very talented and multi-skilled. Everything he has done for me has been done accurately and to perfection. Mike is very up front about what he can and cannot do, which is another way he demonstrates honesty and professionalism. He has provided me with reasonable pricing on all past work. If a job extends past what he estimated, he will continue to work, finishes what started, and with excellent communication skills, can be flexible and will negotiate the final price. He has also proven to be very reliable, arriving on time when scheduled, works cleanly, providing end of day cleaning as well as final clean-up of the job.
