When we asked him, he was up front and said have the company you buy it from to do the install and get the warranty. Honest answer from a good guy. We have used his services for three years as have several of our neighbors. He is timely, responsible, and his work is great. We've hired him for garage door repair, to fix broken windows, electrical work, powerwashing, you name it. The neighbors we have referred to Mike are very glad to have him ad a handyman ad well."
