If a job extends past what he estimated, he will continue to work, finishes what started, and with excellent communication skills, can be flexible and will negotiate the final price. He has also proven to be very reliable, arriving on time when scheduled, works cleanly, providing end of day cleaning as well as final clean-up of the job.
