I WANT TO ESPECIALLY THANK Ms. Sade and Mr. Jelani for a Job well done. I would highly recommend Beltway BLINDS. Update!!!!!!!!! Sade came back today and I got beautiful honeycomb shades for the rest of my windows. I love her and Beltway Blinds! Forever a loyal customer.

Ordered 5/13, 4 weeks latter I checked on status and now 9 weeks latter they have no idea when I will get my awning. Customer service dismissed my concerns. Terrible experience!

My consultation for blind installation initial quote was 8K, which reduced to ~6K. I gave 50% down pay, which I did think was unreasonable but really had no other price to compare. Beltwayâ s process was to confirm every order with another visit from the QA guy who re-measured everything prior to ordering. He took another week to come out and found irregularities that he indicated would need addressing with Corporate before he could confirm the order. I waited for the call and even attempted to contact the office. Weeks passed, corporate never called. And I grew weary and tired of waiting thinking no ordering would occur until someone contacted me.. When I finally was able to reach someone in late September, I requested to cancel. After making the request to cancel, then I begin getting all sort of scheduling call to which I said how is that possible when I was told the order could not be submitted until every item was confirmed. I also was threaten with collection at which I emphasized my concern with their professionalism to threaten collections before they had even delivered the product or installation and after so many weeks delay. After my dissatisfaction with the company, I decided to price compare with a competitor with a better business rating. When they visited, I needed only on measuring and the work was completed. I received an estimate for the same exact order and was also told the product was a higher quality than the San Clemente that Beltway quoted . The competitors total price came in almost 3K lower. Although the reason Beltway provided they could not refunded seemed to contradict their QA process, I am not surprise they would be comfortable keeping a consumer's down payment they did not earn. Based on their communicated process for not ordering before confirmation, Beltway also threatened legal action to recover final payment. This company operates in such an unethical way.

Terrell came out and did an amazing job, he was very punctual, organised and patient. He did not rush us at all and helped guide us through the whole process with ease. I definitely would recommend him and their services. Thank you again!

Sales: My sales consultant was the best. He was both professional and personable. He had an excellent knowledge of the products and presented well. In most instances, I attempt to get several estimates before settling on a product. I was so impressed with the presentation, product, warranties and price that I ended up purchasing at the conclusion of our appointment.

BUYER BEWARE! The installer wrecked the molding around my windows. They had to install the horrible blinds multiple times creating even more damage. I purchased blackout blinds that do not black anything out because they sit so far from the window. I asked for a refund based on the 100% satisfaction guarantee because the blinds do not do what they were supposed to do, AND they can not be installed to do so. I have had installers in my house 3 times now. The last guy was hand selected by a horrible customer service rep (who multiple times denied having a 100% satisfaction guarantee) to have the installer tell me that everything is fine and told me that I was screwed out of my money. He refused to take the products out of my home. Could not fix the damage done to my window molding, or do anything. This has been the worst customer service and products I have ever had put in my home. I am going to have to spend money to fix the damage and get blinds that are blackout blinds. GIANT WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY OTHER WINDOW-COVERING COMPANY.

I had a pleasant experience with my sales representative, Sade. She was friendly, honest, and thorough with her explanation of the blinds and the cost. I highly recommend her!

Christina came out to my house for the initial consultation. She showed me all options and explained to me what she could do for my windows. I ended up going with Honeycomb shades for the energy efficiency and extra insulation. Victor came and installed them at the scheduled time, and they look great!

Christina was an awesome design consultant. Very personable and pleasant experience from beginning to end. Will do business with again for another phase of windows in my house.

A few months ago, I ordered window treatments for my kitchen window, my sliding glass door and shades for my picture window and two other windows in my family room. I was re-doing my windows, because I had just had my kitchen remodeled. Christina did such an excellent job in showing me the different types of styles I can use in my kitchen and my family room that would compliment one another. I especially liked the choice that Christina Gosweiler gave me for the sliding glass door. I am pleased with all of my window treatments, and I was especially pleased with the Victor who installed them. He was pleasant, friendly, efficient and got the job done quickly. I could not ask for a better end-result with what I purchased. I also like the warranty and how it transfers from owner to owner. You just cannot go wrong with purchasing your window treatments from Beltway Blinds. Make sure you ask for Christina, as she will give you every option that you need to help you make your decision and will help you come in within your budget.

I had a fabulous experience with Beltway Blinds from the beginning to the end! Andrew was an amazing Sales rep, who was very patient, professional and friendly! Then Allen a seamlessly installed my Ventian Blinds with help from fellow manager Chanette (sp)! I would highly recommend Beltway Blinds! I loved everything about my experience and I truly felt valued as a customer!

We had a lot of fun with our selections for our new home window blinds and shades. Alan Fann, Beltway Blinds Design Consultant, was absolutely helpful with his experiences and prompt responses. We cannot wait to see our selections installed.

it is a completely dishonest and unprofessional blind company. such a waste of my time. it has been 8 months since I signed the contract but the project is still not done yet. they ordered the wrong size for all three shutters and they threatened me to pay the remaining balance in full in order to get it corrected. also, they took my bank account when I made my first 50% prepayment and started to take money out of it in the next two months by themselves w/o completing the project. they even made up fake stories about what happened to try to blame all their fault on me. now they have taken $3500 from my bank account while the 3 out of the 4 shutters are still not installed yet.

They have great product offerings, and they were timely with the initial interview and the subsequent installation.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!! As a retired Purple Heart veteran, I was under the impression that Beltway Blinds Beltsville, MD location is was a military-friendly organization. However, my recent experiences have made me realize that â military friendly and customer serviceâ is only something this company uses as marketing. I just recently retired from the US Army with over 22 years of service and purchased a new home in the Upper Marlboro area. I would honestly say that choosing Beltway Blinds was a mistake. From sales to installation, customer service was absent. During every aspect of the sales and installation process, I made multiple requests for the management team to call me to help resolve what should have been an easy fix. Unfortunately, no one on the management team nor the owner responded to my request for over three months, although I was told that someone would return my call each time. My blinds were finally installed in early November, and as expected, they were incorrect due to poor communication during the sales process. Again, I requested that the owner give me a call to resolve this. Unfortunately, I have still not heard from anyone who cares to resolve the issue to date. I would not recommend this company and regret giving them my business. However, please beware when deciding to choose this company despite some good reviews; I am confident that the poor customer service, lack of communication, and unwillingness to resolve my concerns are not an anomaly for this company.

After several phone calls to set up an appointment to give me an estimate, a representative called the day before the appointment. At that time, for the first time, she told me they require that the party on the Deed be present. In this case, as a rental property, I administer the property for the owner, including needed repairs and improvements. I had to cancel the appointment, so a complete waste of time and put me behind schedule on getting the work done. I got the feeling that this is a company where the employees just do as told, and there is poor communication in the management.

I had a few issues with the original installation. I contacted beltway blinds they immediately went above and beyond good customer service to address my concerns. .The end result was even better than I had expected. I highly recommend beltway blinds, and if u are on the fence about manual or remote control of your sunsetter go with the remote you won't regret it. Thanks again Oliver and Brian. Regards J.
