"American Custom Hardscapes was great to work with, fast service, quality work and cleanup after.  We now have a great looking stamped concrete driveway with an antique brick look.  Because of the extremely cold weather they did have to come back and fix the sealant, but they were easy to work with and made everything right.  Cant count on the weather when having concrete work done but you can count on Daniel and his crew to make things right

While paving a driveway is possible to do as a DIY project, we don’t recommend it. Chip seal layers gravel and a liquid bitumen one at a time on-site, while asphalt directly pours a pre-combined mixture. Asphalt must be sealed, but it will last up to four times as long as chip seal driveways. Aesthetically, chip seal has a natural, rustic look compared to the traditional asphalt slab.

With proper maintenance, asphalt milling driveways can last 30 years or more. Over time, you’ll need to regularly sealcoat your driveway. You should also have your driveway inspected every few years and make any repairs as soon as they are necessary; this will prolong the lifespan of your driveway.
