Cord went above and beyond. His work is quality from some maintenance he did for me last year (other professionals have been on the roof and complimented his work). Never once did I feel he was trying to “sell” me anything. He actually told me what NOT to pay for if anyone were to tell me I needed it (unnecessary updates). Today, he took care of a few nails free of charge. He went out of his way to explain how to fix and maintenance some completely not roof related things throughout my home to help remedy my issue - crawl space, storm door, etc. in hopes that I could do it myself to save money instead of hiring someone. After almost an hour of his time, much of it spent educating me and answering my random questions, he didn’t charge me a dime. A genuinely good, trustworthy person.

I sent a request for a quote. Never got a response.

Called this company two times to get an estimate. Both times someone was to get back with me and no one ever did. I hired another company

Asked numerous times for a written estimate but never received one. One day someone showed up to do roof repair (2 needed) and completed one. I asked about the other one which was worse but he said he didn't know about that one. Communication was non existent with Cord. I emphasized the importance of knowing when someone would come out to do the fasia and siding since my daughter works nights as a nurse and we would need to make arrangements but could not get any communication back. I had to keep calling and then was told when they would be coming but no one showed up or called. I waited a few days and called again and the same thing happenned. Finally called and said to just cancel everything because they obviously did not want my business - was told they would be there by 10 am. At 2 pm I called and said to forget it. Left for a track meet at 4 pm that day and came home to find his crew had already started on the fascia and soffit. Didn't know what to do since the job had been started. Still no communication - no written estimate. Showed up the next day. Crew did not speak English so extremely difficult to communicate with. Played loud radio music all day that we heard throughout the house. Obviously no way to sleep. Finally got the other roof repair done. Never came to pick up remaining materials, never came to see how his crew did on their work or on clean up - both were average at best. The main reason I called this business was due to a leak that Cord said was due to a missing gutter pipe that he would replace. THIS was NEVER done! Have now had gutter replaced and they pointed out issues with the soffit - ugh! His lack of follow up, never providing a written estimate, and poor communication is so unprofessional and frustrating. I've read all these great reviews but my experience was horrible and I've dealt with a lot of different contractors over the years for roofing, construction, electrical, plumbing, and more. I've spoken to some of these past contacts and was advised not to pay them since there was nothing in writing and I had called to cancel the work but I just wanted to be done with the whole nasty experience. Never again!!!!

Went very well. Was very responsive, easy to deal with to get an estimate, and when weather got in the way of the schedule, sent the team on the Saturday to complete the work.

He came 3 hours late for the first appointment. He gave two estimates, one for repair, one for replacement. Both seemed fair, I had to track him down by email to get it in writing. I emailed to accept the repair bid. I didnt hear anything for a week, then called and he called back saying it would be a couple of weeks, that was June 12th, I didnt hear anything and contacted the office again June 26th. The receptionist said she would have him call me that day. I emailed at the end of the day asking him to contact me if he was not interested in taking the job. I still havent heard anything as of June 28th. I have contacted another roofer to come and give estimates. I’m not sure why he became non-responsive, maybe it was because I opted for the repair vs. the total replace. I will send a final email today letting him know I have decided to go with another company.

Bash Pepper was super responsive when I called with an ongoing leak that another vendor hadn't even gotten back to me about. They came out, were able to quickly spot the problem from outside before even going up on my two story house to take a look. The fixed the issue and did some other repair work for me while there were there for a very reasonable price. You can't even tell that my roof has been patched from the outside. I would use them again for any work that I needed done.

It took them a month or two to get out to my house to do the job but the job was done quickly and well when it was started. I would've given them an A if they had not taken so long to get started on the job after I first hired them.

Given estimate/price of $300. Told they would stop by at a later date and install. I was a smaller project and would fit in when they were in the area working on another project,, and then I would be billed. That is what happened.

The owner came when called, gave me an "in the middle estimate" (of 3 I sought), and came in at the price of the lowest, and what my insurance adjuster thought it might be. The work was done quickly, and cleaned completely. I decreased the rating, because the owner was not responsive to email/phone call with some questions I had.

It was good. They did not charge me anything. They just came out and gave me an opinion. They were honest and didn't want to charge me for something that wasn't a problem.

I was so impressed with Bash Pepper and their professionalism that I decided to go ahead with a full tearoff and replacement rather than just a repair.

They showed up a day earlier then expected which worked out well. They cleaned out the gutters, redirected a downspout from the drain, repaired a soffit where the birds were nesting. When I had a complaint they returned within an hour and made an adjustment to meet my expectations which turned out to be a regional difference. All and all a very good experience.

Once they got started they were pretty fast getting it done.

They replace some boards underneath the roof too so I think they just did a really good job all around.

The crew of workers did a pretty good job and finished in good time. I am only giving them an overall mark of B for two reasons. First the clean up was not bad but I did find some things that were left on the roof that should have been removed. Second, when I climbed up on the roof I found two things that needed fixing. First, the flashing on the chimney was not completely finished and had to be caulked, second, at one point, the crew had done a sloppy job of putting the gutter helmet on. When I pointed these things out to the owner, he fixed them.

Very well. They correctly built a 'cricket' to divert rain water around the chimney and our basement has been dry ever since. They also replaced the membrane on part of our roof that is flat which had deteriorated over the years. They were professional and did great work. We would recommended them to anyone. Work done summer 2016.

We feel that we have a new high quality roof and gutter guards from Bash Pepper. The reason we rated them as a B rather than an A was communication was a bit lacking, we felt, as we did not get any confirmation that our signed contract was received or any notice that a crew was coming to work on our roof on any particular day. The crew just showed up and started working on the roof. Also, while there was quite a while between the time the first gentleman came out to look at our house and when we got the contract signed and returned, the people that came to work on our gutters replaced the wrong part. (Probably more than one part needed to be replaced, but it wasn't the section we requested.) But, we do feel the price was reasonable for the job we got done, and as a bonus, since there were extra shingles left, the roofing crew re-shingled our shed as well.

Cory and his team have great communication skills--the people who came out to do the work knew exactly what I had requested. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the work was done quickly. The final cost was below even the lower end of the estimate,, and they showed up within the predicted two week window.

They were very responsive and did an excellent job or repairing the leak around our skylight.
