"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

"The pump on my well quit (of course on a weekend)  I frantically called 4 or 5 plumbers, even one that I considered to be my plumber.  This plumber had handled all my plumbing needs for years but they refused to come out on the weekend or even help me diagnose the problem over the phone.  I then saw an ad for Plumb Magic.  I called the number and spoke to one of the techs (Andy).  Andy told me that he would be out in an hour and sure enough he actually beat the time.  Andy diagnosed the problem and started calling around to see what supply store had what I needed.  Andy found the pump and was able to get it on Sunday..  Andy and the owner (Doc) showed up on Sunday and pulled the pump, and replaced it.  They were awesome!   Very professional, explained what they were doing.  I asked how much the whole process was going to cost and Andy pulled out a book showed it too me along with the price.  I figured okay that is the base price and they will add to that price.  When time came to settleup the price was the same.  I could not beleive it, neighbors told me that they payed up to 10,000 for a weekend repair.  I would reccommend these guys and have for any plumbing need.

"We were doing a bathroom reno. It's the second one we've done. In the first bathroom, we were able to replace our light, no problem. Not so in the second one. It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. "Serviceman arrived on time and was very nice and honest.  I knew my unit was very old and on the fritz.  He was honest in letting me know it was leaking oil and he could replace the capacitator which MAY temporarily fix the problem but he may also fix it and the unit may still not blow hot air.  He recommended a new unit.  He was very straight forward and honest with me. 
He said his company would happily come out and give an estimate but since I already had another installer in mind he accepted that too.  He applied the $50 discount to his service fee which dropped the price in half.  He obviously knew his stuff and was happy to pass any knowledge he had on to me.  He was very informative and I really appreciated it.  I did go with another company just because they had a sale going on and it was a price no one could beat.  Otherwise, I would have definitely gone with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.
