"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

"I have had the best experiences with the Plumb Magic crew.  I think I have met most of them so far!  They came and ran a gas line across our house to the generator that was installed.  The day before they came out for the gas line, our outside spigot broke, and was pouring water in, so I had them fix that after they installed the gas line, as well as a leak from a previous plumber.  Then they came and set all the fixtures for the final install in the basement bathroom, as well as re-piped the sewer ejector pump vent and waste line to be more efficient, and cleaned out said pit since debris was left in there.  A month or 2 after that, the ejector pump died that previous bad plumber installed, so they installed a new one.  Michael actually came by to bring the pump,and check the job.  Next was a leak in the ceiling of the basement bathroom on a Sunday after Christmas.  So they came out the following Monday to repair it.  I have called them on many weekends and gotten on their schedule for non-emergency issues the next business day.  
If I had used Plumb Magic from the beginning of my basement finishing project, I could have saved myself a lot of money, and headaches!  Plumb Magic will now, and forever be my go to plumbers!  I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to.  Thank you!

"Two electricians came out to my house to install, test and complete the install of a Generac generator. Doug and Robert were punctual, professional , knowledgeable and still very personable. The install took a bit because we had to also engage a gas company to install propane tanks. The work was completed and it passed county inspection without any issue. "2 visits and then a solution. James Martin was very condensending during the visit after I expressed my disappointment in the company arriving at 6pm when I had a 3pm appointment. Also shared I could buy my own parts but then upcharged me for labor to install parts so it would be beneficial to have paid for them to get parts."
