"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. He coordinated and scheduled the template measurement team which included Brandon and Duke who both provided excellent advice on how the install would happen. The installation team led by Giovanni was outstanding. Giovanni insure our granite was handle with white glove care while placing the countertops in the proper position. Gus was the plumber who completed the final installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Gus executed over and above by texting me the day before installation to ensure all materials was onsite prior to his arrival. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble. We are very satisfied from beginning to end of the installation."

Also shared I could buy my own parts but then upcharged me for labor to install parts so it would be beneficial to have paid for them to get parts."

"Came to do the work within 5 days of my call (nonemergency project) when others said it would be a month before they could get to me. Also, the project was more time-consuming than I thought when I described it to them but they did not charge me more than the phone quote. They had to go to a home improvement store and get a toilet as the one I had purchased myself was damaged when we opened the box (not the plumbers fault at all). Then they had to chip away brick and block in the house foundation and crawl through a long crawlspace to install the faucet. They did it all with courtesy and cleaned up after themselves."

"Goodman came out several times to talk with us about replacing our air conditioners.  Our house was built in 2004, and our builder-grade units were requiring yearly refrigerant refills, and were unable to adequately cool our three floor home.  Goodman was very upfront about the pros and cons of fixing our current units or replacing them. . . They were honest, thorough, patient, and friendly.  The day before they installed our new units, Goodman realized that a few of our ducts under the house were not attached, and were cooling our crawl space.  Instead of charging us more to repair/replace them, the owner took care of the repairs himself.  He apologized for his staff not seeing the problem sooner, and very professionally and generously took care of us.  Our house is completely and wonderfully cool, our units are more efficient, and we have become Goodman customers for life!"
