"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"I bought the deal to replace the exterior faucet at the back of our house last spring, but the plumber (who was very punctual and courteous) couldn't replace it without opening up the inside wall, so he tightened the existing one as much as possible and gave me a credit for the full amount. Over the summer, the outdoor faucet in front started to leak, and I also had to replace the kitchen sink faucet. I called Drain Surgeon and had the same excellent customer service as I had in spring. The work was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, the plumber arrived right on time, was professional and courteous and did the work efficiently and well."

Overall, it went very well.  The first day, the workers removed the old countertop and sink.  They then installed the new countertops and sink.  The second day, the workers connected the plumbing for the sink and disposal and started on the under cabinet lighting.  The third day they finished the under cabinet lighting, spackled and repainted the walls cut to install the wiring for the lighting.

When the workers were here, they did a great job and handled themselves professionally.  The only complaint I had was that on the 2nd day, the workers did not show until around 12:30 when I had expected them around 10.  They had gotten stuck at a earlier job, but it was not communicated to me until I called and asked where they were.  Other than that, the work looks great and gets compliments from guests and visitors to the house.  I would use KBR again for any kitchen or bath needs.
