The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right. "First I would like to say I would NOT HESITATE to hire Miracle Method Surface Restoration from Kensington, MD again. The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. Like I said in the beginning, I would gladly hire and recommend this company. Just be sure to confirm appointments."

"We hired KBR Bethesda to completely do-over our guest bathroom and make updates to our master bath. We were very happy with the process of working with KBR from Sim’s initial visit to our home through completion of the work and thrilled with the results. In the guest bath, KBR removed the 27 year-old soffit fluorescent lighting; installed new vanity lighting; an additional outlet, replaced the vanities, vanity counter, tub and floor tile, tub, toilet. The vanities , counters and tiles they have to choose from are high quality and offer a good range of choices. In the master, they replaced the same soffit lighting; replaced the vanities and counter; installed new outlets (including one inside the tower cabinet between the two sinks); removed a medicine cabinet and repaired the wall. They replaced all the plumbing fixtures, vent fans in both baths and painted both rooms. Douglas and Carlos, our two primary workers, arrived early each morning and worked tirelessly all day, cleaning up at the end of each day. They made sure to consult with us on discretionary things, such as the placement of grab and towel bars. We cannot recommend KBR highly enough. Their price was fair and the quality of their work excellent."

"I purchased the Big Deal for AABCO's installation of a new garbage disposal, testing/inspecting the drain line for obstructions, and an impressive warranty (5 yrs/2 yrs parts and labor) on the new disposal unit. Upon contacting AABCO on a Friday afternoon, inquiring about when someone might be able to come out and replace the disposal unit (having mentioned that the kitchen sink wasn't draining properly either - perhaps due to the utterly dead unit, or perhaps another issue), Mr. Gaskins promptly offered me a 9 am appt. the next morning - a Saturday, at no extra charge!
Mr. Gaskins was prompt, thoroughly professional, clearly experienced, and most gracious. He quickly and efficiently removed the old unit, inspected the drain line for any other obstructions, and quickly determined that the rusted unit was the sole reason for the slow drain. Then, despite very little room to maneuver under the kitchen sink cabinet (and very tight pipe connections), he expertly installed the new unit, tested it to make sure it was working properly, and even stayed a few more minutes to make sure that the drain was draining properly after I started the dishwasher. Thanks to his coming to the job well-prepared for any possible complications, he was able to quickly replace a worn, tight plastic connection that snapped (during installation), with a new piece that he had stocked on his truck - and most graciously replaced it free of charge. He took great care to ensure my home stayed clean at literally every step - donning shoe covers at the entryway, bringing towels and a bucket with him to catch any drips, and taking the old disposal unit away with him when he left. Mr. Gaskins was utterly professional, personable, honest, and gracious. I would gladly call him again for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. I have already recommended him to my neighbors!

"I hired Mega Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. The process started with the Project Manager, Ibrahim, coming and discussing what I wanted. He gave a detailed account to Katherine, the Designer. Her design gave me everything I needed- plenty of storage in the kitchen. My budget was small, but they stayed on budget and provided quality and stylish materials-kitchen cabinets, backsplash, countertops, sink & flooring. Bathroom tub, tile surround, flooring and accessories. Grober, Johnny and the tile guy are master craftsmen. They did an excellent job, meeting every repair challenge and putting up with me. I am very happy with this company. Hope to work with them again."

"After receiving a ridiculous quote from a big box retail store, I decided to try my luck with Granite Works, and I'm glad I did.
The whole process was wonderful-all their staff were courteous and very helpful, and they answered all my questions completely. Their prices are very reasonable, they have a wide variety of options to choose from, they have good deals and specials, and they don't treat you differently if your project is a small one. They were very honest about all the charges, both actual and potential, and they always made sure I was comfortable with everything.
They explained their process to me and followed it to the letter. Their staff were always punctual, both for the templating, and for the installation. The installation went perfectly, and they gave me clear and specific instructions on how best to care for my new countertops.
