"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

He snaked the drain and got it flowing freely. Since the toilet ring needed replacing I asked if he could install a new toilet as well and he had one on his truck. He knows his business. He installed the new toilet. It looks great! He cleaned and sanitized the areas he worked in. The charges were very, very reasonable. Jonathan is very professional and personable. "The kitchen drain stopped draining today. I cleared the p-trap under the sink but that wasn't it. There was a clog way down the line and I couldn't get to it. Mr. Trujillo was able to come the same day and use his power snake to clear the line. Unfortunately it was after 5pm so there was an overtime charge so it was $275 total. Worth it. Mr. Trujillo is excellent. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He gets right to work with no delay and cleans up afterward. I highly recommend him."

"I purchased the faucets myself, using brands they recommended. I was disappointed that they wouldn't repair the leaking faucet because they weren't familiar with the brand (Jado). The installation was done and all seemed good until later that day when I noticed that the bathroom sink faucet that had been replaced was leaking from the pipe under the sink. They returned the next day and corrected the problem. Overall, very courteous and professional. I just recommend that you check the work thoroughly to avoid having to have them come back. The $277 price quoted below includes a $99 coupon I purchased from Angie's List for $200 worth of work. So the total job would have been $378 without the coupon. They saved me an additional $40 by providing 2 new connector pipes for one of the faucets free of charge."
