"We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."

"I had previously hired ET Contractors for tree removal work and now wasnted a paver patio installed. Julio Excobar came out and provided a very competitive price, and included a firepit in he plan. His team showed up as promised. The work was done beautifully, and the site cleaned up. Additionally, Julio's team used the stones from an old patio and installed a walkway to our deck. The project looks better than was hoped for. I will hire ET Contractors again for my my next need,"

"In 2003, Montgomery Shade and Awning installed a retractable awning on our townhouse. In 2014, after 11 years of use, we needed to replace the fabric on the awning to shade a planned patio. The original awning frame and mechanism are still in great shape, and looks brand new with the updated fabric. Both times, we had a great experience with this company.

"I originally contacted J&F to have them repair my brick wall. I expanded the project to build a flagstone patio and to repair and reroof my garden shed. They did an outstanding job in completing all 3 projects quickly and with no surprises. I feel very good about the price I paid for the work, the quality of materials used, and the professional knowledge Jesus and Francisco brought to the project. What a pleasure they are to work with! I would enthusiastically work with them again."
