"Rob Montgomery came to the house for the initial estimate and brought samples for the awning we were looking to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the different manufacturers and their track records for quality and service. We sent him a photo of the patio before he came and he brought samples to provide some excellent color and style options. He also gave us honest feedback on some of the options, including lighting and wind sensors. The installation was professionally done by Ron Montgomery and we are extremely pleased with the look and functionality of the final product, which covered a large part of our concrete patio that is exposed to direct sunlight about 10 hours a day in the summer. The shade provided by the awning makes the patio much more usable and is very attractive. The whole process for the custom awning was about 3 1/2 weeks from estimate to installation."

He was out in my backyard spray painting the patio markings within 15 minutes of me letting him know I had HOA approval. That is not an exaggeration (Ok, he just happened to be nearby). All work was done in one day. They got started early and worked a very full day. No showing up late. No goofing off or long breaks. Every step was well planned and executed in a timely manner. Protective panels were laid in our yard to protect the lawn from damage. His lead concrete guy is a perfectionist. Fun to watch him work. He has tiled my floors, done numerous interior paint jobs, repaired my chimney caps, built a beautiful outdoor patio in my backyard, wallpapered a guest bathroom, Rebuilt, a wood fence, and installed a 12 foot metal automatic gate for my driveway. I’ve not yet discovered anything that Carlos cannot do. And whatever they do, they do excellently. Plus, he tidies up after himself so that the job site is clean. And on top of all of that, Carlos‘s prices are competitive, he shows up when he says he is going to, he gets the job done on time, and is completely trustworthy.
