"Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.
Gary will come by tomorrow afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out.
Thanks Angie's List for recommending REO-ServicePro.

"We were delighted with the outcome of the installation of a new surround on our fireplace. This was a re-do of an initial installation by another contractor that did not work out too well! I was nervous about getting this done right and Kevin put me at ease immediately. He was precise, highly skilled, and very aware that we were not happy with the first installation. It turned out beautifully."

"Alex was beyond helpful! I hired him to patch a few holes and hang two TVs. Not only did those get done he also helped facilitate the movers who happed to be moving me that day. I will 100% be calling him to come back!"

"Fixed shims in crawlspace and reattached insulation in crawspace. Was prompt and did good job."

"Your company did a great job removing the carport in Arlington which was installed in concrete and required more than just dismantling. You were fast, professional and did excellent work. We will work again on other projects soon and I would highly recommend your company."

"Everything was done as we requested. He even noticed a few other things that should be taken care of and showed us. He completed those items as well. We are very pleased with him and will hire him again to work."

"Mr. Jose did an excellent job. He was on time, fastidious and helpful in advising me on work on my back porch repairs."

"We hired Carlos and his team to replace the trim around our exterior windows and garage. They did a great job with that, also added a decorative header to the garage to mirror the windows, painted the shutters, and installed a sliding door to replace our rotted back doors. Then they added shiplap and trim to either side of our fireplace and built a column at the step down between our family room and kitchen. Carlos is super responsive and really worked with us on our budget. We look forward to many more projects!"
