"Less than Zero. Hired this company to unlock a Corvette. He spent about 30 minutes trying to unlock the car, and finally succeeded, then presented us with an electronic bill for $554. Needless to say, we were more than shocked. We argued with him for about 15 minutes and he then finally offered a senior discount down to $485. We were on our way out for a trip, he left, car wouldnt start, so we had to drive a different car. When the credit card bill arrived, the charge was $554.00. Immediately tried to contact the business and they would bot answer my calls or messages, asked them for a partial refund. No response. I then called the credit card company and disputed the charge. This all happened in October, now the credit card company has dismissed the claim, unresolved I am continuing to pursue this matter because this is supposedly a branch of a company that claims to have offices around the DC area and I would hope they are not scammers. I think it’s a guy with a truck that has a vinyl magnetic sign to stick on his truck. Hopefully this will help someone else not to use them."
