After they performed the work they told me the price was $350+. None of the pricing matched what was quoted on the phone. The tech tried calling several people at the office and none were helpful at all. A classic bait and switch and they don't honor their pricing or support their staff.

This was an expensive experience given the emergency call, the second service call plus the expense of the hardware, rekeying, new keys, etc. However, I would not hesitate to call Baldino's again -- they were very timely, professional and friendly. I also learned that even locksmiths hide keys.
