Good fellow - came and solved a complex 'classic car' issue for us and had us on the road in a short time. Good and prompt communications. Asked good questions, had good ideas and ultimately provided good solutions.

I just moved into a new house and Berry came to replace locks in my front and back gate. He was able to fix one and rekey it and completely replaced the other. He also added a double key lock on my garage. The door to my garage was a little funky, but he was able to line it up and it actually works better than before! He was very pleasant and got along well with my Mother who was visiting. He spent about 4 hours working on my locks (including time to go to get the replacement lock). He had quoted me a price based on my appraisal of the situation over the phone and the final price I paid was almost double, but I do feel like I was paying for quality work. I would definitely use him again since the work was exceptional, but perhaps ask for an in person estimate before he began the work.
