They did an excellent job and the keys fit. They made duplicate keys for the new door we got. They were busy and did not make you feel like you were low priority.

It went great.  I called on Friday at 3pm and they were at our house by 10 a.m. the next morning, exactly on time.  Charles was professional and courteous.  He completed the work in under an hour and even gave me a quote on a duplicate car key.  Excellent service, excellent work.  I'd definitely use them again.

Arlington Lock is great.  They are very responsive and quick to provide service.  We needed to switch out a deadbolt and have it re-keyed on one door, and had a deadbolt installed on a patio door.
Arlington Lock was easy to reach by phone and was able to get us an appointment very quickly.  The locksmith (Charles) was on time and very pleasant to work with.  He was able to get all of the work done in a minimal time (25-30 minutes).  I appreciated him helping me out because we just had a new door installed and wanted to be sure it was secure.
Although they are somewhat expensive, I have used Arlington Lock before and will continue to use them in the future because of their high quality work and professional manner.

Security problem with my car that prevented it from starting. Spent time on the phone with a JustAnswer.com Infinity mechanic.   After trying a variety of things to get around the security problem it was determined I needed to have my keys reprogrammed and probably replace the security immobilizer.  He recommended I call a mobile locksmith.  
Called Arlington Lock Inc based on Angie's List reviews.  Charles came by within 30 minutes of my call.  He tried reprogramming both keys, car still would not start.  He said they have someone who can replace the Security Immobilizer on cars as an alternative to having Infiniti do it.   I agreed to have Arlington Lock Inc do it.  I wasn't charged that day.
They ordered the part and Luis from Lock Masters in Springfield came by 2 days later, installed the new immobilizer, reprogrammed both keys, and said my car should be set now for the next 10 years (at least as far as the security system goes).  I did not have to have my car towed to Infiniti, all work was done at my house.  I saved at least $126 including towing over what it would have cost for Infiniti to do it, not even taking into consideration the hassle of getting my car to them (my AAA plan only tows me free for up to 3 miles, then $4/mile after that).  I was charged $50 less for the part than Infiniti was going to charge, $20 less for labor to replace the part and reprogram both keys. 
I cannot say enough good things about these guys.  Highly recommend.

Called this company and the guy was really pleasant.  Said he would be there in about 30 minutes.  We were down the street at a neighbor's waiting.  He was on time and called when he was at the house.   Took two tries and we were in!  Price seemed fair as it was after hours on a Saturday night and so an emergency call.
