Less than Zero. Hired this company to unlock a Corvette. He spent about 30 minutes trying to unlock the car, and finally succeeded, then presented us with an electronic bill for $554. Needless to say, we were more than shocked. We argued with him for about 15 minutes and he then finally offered a senior discount down to $485. We were on our way out for a trip, he left, car wouldnt start, so we had to drive a different car. When the credit card bill arrived, the charge was $554.00. Immediately tried to contact the business and they would bot answer my calls or messages, asked them for a partial refund. No response. I then called the credit card company and disputed the charge. This all happened in October, now the credit card company has dismissed the claim, unresolved I am continuing to pursue this matter because this is supposedly a branch of a company that claims to have offices around the DC area and I would hope they are not scammers. I think it’s a guy with a truck that has a vinyl magnetic sign to stick on his truck. Hopefully this will help someone else not to use them.

I’m happy with the two new locks I just had replaced on my door. I wanted to replace my existing locks with at least one upgrade – high security lock, grade 2. The service was outstanding – as soon as I submitted my request I received a call within 5 minutes. He came out to my condominium that evening. I did not compare prices but was satisfied with the bill. The work took about 30 minutes. The service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend his service.

They were extremely responsive, calling me back within minutes of my leaving a message for them and scheduling service exactly when I wanted. The locksmith arrived punctually and friendly, professional, and communicative. Replacing the three locks took a reasonable amount of time. I was surprised that he needed me to provide tools, but I had them readily available, so it was no problem. The amount of time he spent trying to fix my fourth lock, which I eventually told him to just replace, was crazy long, 3-4 hours over two days. I do not know if another locksmith would have been much faster or if this was just a very difficult lock to fix. I also don't know if another locksmith would have waited as long to suggest just replacing the lock rather than continue trying to fix it. I suffered major shock over the price, which was at two to three times what I expected it to cost. I was in a hurry and didn't shop around, so I have no idea what another locksmith would have charged, and I guess that's on me.

This company is a total scam. I called to get one lock opened so I could get back in my house after locking myself out. I was quoted the cost would be $52 but then a week later, the company charged my debit card $200! My husband spoke to the technician who performed the service after we realized we were overcharged, the man admitted to my husband that he quoted me $52 but then at some point afterwards he said he decided that it was going to be $200. He also said that he informed me of the price change, which he didn't. The technician spent approximately one minute opening my door so I cant imagine why the price was changed from $52 to $200. In order to figure out what happened with the price change my husband inquired if there was a charge for the trip out to my house. At first, the man said it was free then he changed his story later on in the conversation and said that it was $52 just for the gas to my house. This company should not be in business! I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. 

DO NOT call this locksmith. I called at 10am and he said that he would be there about 1pm. He finally arrived at 3:30. He changed out my two deadbolts and added a new handled door knob on my front door. I bought expensive Schlage locks and he put the deadbolt on crooked. It looked awful. After I commented that it was crooked, he adjusted it, but it still isn't straight. He charged me $275, but originally wanted to charge me $400. Very unprofessional and I was very upset about the experience.

He was okay but seemed kind of expensive just to rekey a lock. Only one guy came out and he was okay. It is not like I would recommend them.

My experience with them went fine. They seemed to know what they were doing. The job turned out fine.
