"Troy did an amazing job! We had him do a deck repair for us last year that was done very professionally so this year we had him do some deck repairs at our son's house. Again, more amazing solid work! This year, we've had him do some shed repairs, fix a few door issues, replace some hinges, some bathroom remodeling and some general handyman repairs around our house and we are completely satisfied with the work. "Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!

"Jose and his team showed up promptly every (9 am) day and cleaned up after themselves when the day was done (approximately 6 pm). Professional, courteous, and masters of their craft are the only things I can say about this job. The whole job took 2.5 days. I purchased all my materials and only paid Jose for the labor - $2200 (demolition of old tile and backing, tile installation, and associated plumbing with new shower diverter, faucet, shower head, etc.). Purchased my tile and grout separately, $900.00 - which he and his team picked up the first day of the job. Jose included the hardy board backer and the drywall for the ceiling as part of his costs. Things went so well that I when I examined the completed tile work, I immediately hired him to come back and patch / sand all my bathroom walls and paint ($375.00 on top of the tile job) this weekend. I will post pics of that when completed. My wife loves the new bathroom."

"Due to damage to the kitchen floor and a cabinet in my home, I needed to have a new floor installed. I also decided to have the flooring in the adjacent dining room and a nearby powder room replaced while having the work done. I chose KDK Home Improvements after getting work estimates from three different contractors. When he visited to provide an estimate, Dave was polite, answered all my questions, and gave helpful suggestions about the work. Among the contractors that I contacted, Dave was the best at providing the information I wanted without being pushy. His pricing was competitive with the others, but his demeanor and customer service helped me to come to an easy decision to choose KDK.
Once work began, Dave and his crew were hard working, professional and courteous. The quality of their work was excellent, and Dave was diligent about keeping me and my wife informed about his progress. Once the old, damaged floor was removed in the kitchen, it was discovered that there was damage to the subfloor and a portion of the wall that extended beyond our expectation. Dave was quick to provide an additional estimate on the new work and complete the repairs. Throughout the project I was satisfied that the work was being completed in a timely fashion. Dave was always available via phone and email. On completion of the project, the work and prep areas were thoroughly cleaned by Dave and his crew.

"They did the job right and were very thorough and courteous. It was obvious that they were juggling my project with other projects and that was sometimes annoying. But they handled the two major changes (new color of paint and adding shower doors) very well. They even complimented me on the new paint color because it broke up the monotony of the first color choice and the new color is very pretty. Great experience!"
