Didn't show up twice. Did not hire. / I took the afternoon off, Friday, expecting a 1 pm (his choice of time) appointment for an estimate with Steve. At 1:56 (no prior warning), he texted to reschedule. We agreed on Saturday, 9 am (again, his choice of time). At 9:42, he texted, "I'm running late but still available" -- and I declined. In my mind, "running late" is a good note for before the appointment time -- courteous & professional -- possible fodder for a positive review. After the appointment? Not so much. While I appreciate the value of a businessman's time, customer time also has value. / On a positive note, his texting is first-rate, easy to understand, and polite -- just late.

Elefante Renovations was one of my best decisions. Stephen resurfaced my deck for me, and straight from the time he came to quote the project, I was at ease with the service I was getting. He quoted reasonably, and he handled the job more respectfully and efficiently than any other contractor I've had to my home. He kept a clean worksite, and his attention to detail was highly appreciated. I've definitely found the contractor I'll always call before anyone else!

I am a professional organizer and Stephen is my go-to handyman whenever one of my jobs requires storage installation or furniture assembly. He’s mounted flatscreen TVs, assembled bookcases & desks, made and installed custom floating shelves, and more. He’s honest, skilled, and will go above and beyond to get the job done right!
