"We are very satisfied with the work Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions LLC have done to our property and house. Over the past four years they have done three major projects for use. The first was replacing our rotting retaining wall and putting in a french drain system for the north side of the house which solved the water problem we had that had rotted the old retaining wall. They also replaced our old privacy fence with a new one. The last project that Adrian has done for us this summer was to fix our roof. Half the wood on the roof had to be replaced and when that was done new shingles were put on the whole house. It has been a pleasure working with Adrian and his crew. "I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."
