"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"LFC Services is one of the best companies I have ever worked with, and my new basement is beautiful. They are very professional and courteous and ensured that everything from electrical plugs, plumbing, carpet and flooring installation was done perfectly. I have recommended them to other homeowners and will definitely use their services again in the near future."

"Balteza Property Services did an amazing job painting the interior of our house, installing several chandeliers and recessed lighting, and fixing some drywall issues in our basement. The quality of their work is great. They are very detailed and very professional. They showed up on time daily and cleaned up everything each evening. Their prices are very good too â much less expensive than other quotes I received. I highly recommend reaching out to Bledar and his team if you have painting or electrical work. Iâ ll be using them again in the future."

"Well, work and cleanup handled neatly"

"Remodel was executed quickly and efficiently. If we had any special request, change or concern it was attended to immediately. I appreciate the entire teams’ effort and we are super happy with the outcome."

"Best Homes LLC just finished our basement and we could not be happier! The quality of work is outstanding and the team was always on time, happy to be here and great at communicating. Jefry is a great project manager and always takes your input regarding placement of different aspects and fixtures. It was a lot of fun working through picking out different tiles, flooring, cabinets, colors, etc to make the space how we envisioned it. We even got to choose the placement of extra outlets and things to make the space fit for our use. The price was very reasonable, especially after being quoted nearly double from another contractor. Our basement turned out absolutely gorgeous and now we have a functional, finished space with a full bathroom and wet bar included. The team was incredibly accommodating, gave a generous allowance for tile and flooring, etc. The project was finished with the quoted price and on time, and we will use Best Homes LLC as our go-to for any contracting needs. 10/10!"
