Best basement remodelers near Indian Head, MD

"Elite remodeling did an amazing job on my mother's DC home. They performed a complete interior and exterior remodel - all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, hardwood floors, front and back porch remodel. In addition, they installed all the appliances - kitchen and laundry appliances. They worked efficiently, professionally, and resolved any issues that were unknown to me. I would highly recommend them for any job- in particular in the DMV area. They are One stop shop - capable of resolving Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and construction issues. They are professional and trustworthy. Once again, I highly, highly recommend them. Diane M. Benjamin (DC Home Owner)"

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"I asked for a complete bathroom makeover and left the vision up to Mike — and I couldn’t be happier. From securing the foundation and properly waterproofing the space to the final finishing touches, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The black and white tile design is absolutely beautiful and timeless. The built-in bench and handheld shower add comfort and functionality, and I specifically requested a serene, open space without glass — which was executed perfectly. The entire project was completed with great communication, attention to detail, and at a reasonable cost. I absolutely love the finished product and highly recommend Mike, City Renovations & Remodeling, LLC"

"LFC Services is one of the best companies I have ever worked with, and my new basement is beautiful. They are very professional and courteous and ensured that everything from electrical plugs, plumbing, carpet and flooring installation was done perfectly. I have recommended them to other homeowners and will definitely use their services again in the near future."

"From the time of our first conversation to our consultation and throughout our entire project Demetrius was there every step of the way. We had a vision of what we wanted for our patio and deck, Demetrius made sound suggestions and the project was implemented. Project completion time was estimated to be 2 weeks, weather permitting. Demetrius and his team completed the job with efficiency and kept us totally informed as to what phase his team would be working on each day. We are so in awe of our new outdoor space and will definitely be utilizing our outdoor space more often. We are so pleased with our new backyard. What a big difference this has made! Thank you for an extremely pleasant experience! We would definitely recommend Simmons Handyman Service for your remodeling needs and certainly will be using them again when we are considering another project."

"Penate Tile is great, I had them refurbish a basement room and build a screen porch and both projects were excellent. On time, affordable, and great craftsmanship."

"CRG and Cornelio (the owner) get our highest recommendation. We contracted with CRG Remodeling in May 2019 for a kitchen and powder room remodel in Washington DC, and ended up doing much more, including LR/DR/hallway painting, plumbing fixes, and an office remodel. We found Cornelio to be honest, highly efficient, professional, responsive, can-do and flexible. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, skillful, and knowledgeable. The team fixed problems as needed and any additional work was priced fairly. He has an excellent crew which was capable of doing most of the work (floor sanding was done by others). CRG Remodeling is well run and a good value. We cannot say enough good things about Cornelio and his crew and would definitely hire CRG Remodeling for any future jobs."

"Unfortunately we found asbestos containing floor tiles under a laminent floor in our house.  We made the decision to have the material abated and conduct a kitchen remodel (new cabinents) at the same time.  There are not many options in the area when it comes to asbestos abatement contractors and even fewer who will provide both abatement and renovation services.  We quickly decided to go with Contractors Unlimited because they offered both services and Bill was responsive, knowledgable and very personable - and we were not disapointed.  Bill and his crew performed an excellent job, ontime, close to the originial estimate price (we expanded the scope slightly), and at a more than reasonable cost.  Bill and his crew kept us in the loop as the demolition/abatement progressed, calling us throughout the day.  After the work was competed he kept in touch as we worked to schedule our replacement kitchen and worked with us to accomodate our tight deadlines.  As the new cabinets were installed, Bill and Dwayne oversaw the installation, insured that the floors weren't damaged and paid attention to the little details with respect to craftsmanship.
We would highly recommend Contractors Unlimited and will definitely consider them in the future for any renovation needs!
