"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. "Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. God Bless them for their hard work and strong work ethic!"
