Best remodel designers near Quantico, VA

"The owner, Steve Everett, was very professional from beginning to end. He helped us figure out the best design for our needs and kept us informed every step of the way as to what would be completed next and when. He listened to our requests and made sure we were happy with everything. The quality of work was excellent. Our kitchen turned out even better than we imagined!"

"Ryan and William were great. We had a big job with a deck and sunroom repair that became a full replacement. Ryan immediately understood what we wanted. We did hit a hiccup with one part of the design during the build, but Ryan and William made it right really quickly. The quality of the work and consideration for my family and dogs while they worked was amazing. We are so happy with the job done and plan to go back to Resurrection Builders in the future. Highly recommend."

"Went very smoothly for a challenging 5 week total bathroom remodel. Gary helped us pick out items and coordinated quickly and efficiently with others. Very responsive and organized to a T!"

"Smoothest remodeling project we have ever experienced! Workmanship was top notch, and Jose did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout the project, sending photos and videos of progress when we could not be present. Our master bathroom remodel was completed in three weeks, as promised. I give them my highest recommendation, and would definitely use them again!"

"Renken did a great job of communicating throughout the process. The design process was very helpful. The crews and company left us with a beautiful bathroom."

"I cannot give enough accolades for the stunning job that this company did on my house. This company is a small family business run by two brothers. The dedication and attention to detail that the brothers spent on the remodel of my home I am unable to put I to words. I have never had the privilege of working with such kind, caring professionals. I have a serious medical issue. They took the time and commitment to fully understand my unique needs when planning and executing the entire remodeling of the house. The remodel is so fantastic that our neighbors will be using this company also. The brothers came in as professionals and have left my home as family."

"Russell Blake from Total Renovating did a great job on my kitchen remodel. From start to finish, the whole process was relatively painless and headache free. He got the initial design perfect on the first try and applied it seamlessly to my space. His workers were very courteous and mindful of the home they were working in. Russell would also show up on site any time I requested it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work performed."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"Everything looks amazing!!! LFC is phenomenal and a joy to work with!! We're going to have them come back within the next month or so to paint or wallpaper more walls, design our closets, and build our deck!"

"Great work by Marvel Homes!! We had them redo our laundry and mudroom after we had water damage from a broken pipe. Devin and his crew were excellent from start to finish. The design, execution and communication was always above and beyond. Will definitely use them again and would refer them again and again!
