"We had a wonderful experience in contracting with Munoz Construction LLC for a thorough bathroom remodel in October 2024. Mr. Munoz worked with us each step of the way from advising us on our original design plans, to scheduling the construction work, and closely overseeing its completion and quality. His expert team demolished our old bathroom in one day, and cleaned up so well afterwards that one could hardly tell any construction work was underway in the house. Each weekday for the next two weeks Jose's experienced team rebuilt the bathroom from the ground up. They replaced old subflooring where there had been water damage; installed a new bathtub, wall and floor tile, added recessed ceiling lights and extra electrical outlets, and recessed shelves in the wall, a new vanity, toilet and all the fixtures. The final touch was a beautiful paint job. The excellent workmanship, attention to detail, daily clean-up, and meticulousness of his highly experienced crew completely met our hopes. Each day, Jose Munoz personally came by to check on the work and quality, and consult with us. The entire project came in on time and on budget. We were absolutely delighted with the final look, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of Jose and his team members who were scrupulously polite, talented artisans, and a pleasure to have in our home. We couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience and look forward to working with him on our next remodeling project."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

We were greatly impressed by the quality, momentum and high degree of professionalism. The entire working crew were very punctual , diligent and responsible in their entire process of remodeling. We were very impressed by their execution of hauling out the debris and amount of dust during their work. At the end a through clean up was done. "We had a complicated bathroom remodel which required a complete overhaul of the layout of the bathroom. The owner, Russell, was able to help me come up with a design that would utilitize the space to the fullest. The moving of the toilet, plumbing, and electric required a county inspection which the company was not intimidated by and I was thankful to have a company that was licensed, insured, and willing to do what was required. They were also very accommodating when it came to the timeline as I had several required stops and starts. There were some complications with communication, lack of detail, and leaving things dirty by the work crew which did cause frustration during the process. However, Russell made sure everything was ultimately resolved and the end result was a beautiful bathroom that I was very happy with."

"Devin was recommended to us by friends. Their remodel looked great and they said he had finished on time and on budget. To skip to the end he did the same for us. We liked Devin from the start, he has a very easy-going demeanor. He recommended a architectural designer (Steve Backus) when our first one didn't work out. Devin worked well with both of them. He really thought about how he would build what they were designing, so that once the plans were ready it all went smoothly. From ground breaking to delivery took less than the 6 months Devin promised. That's a fast pace so be prepared to make a lot of decisions in a short amount of time. We moved out so that Devin could have the run of the house and that was definitely the right decision for us. It let him go faster, and having our kids live in a destruction/construction zone would not have been good. We are thrilled with the result. Devin has an eye for the finishing details that make it all look top notch. Devin was attentive to the punch list and to the few issues that have come up since. We highly recommend him."
