"We hired Muñoz Construction, LLC (Herndon, VA), to remodel our kitchen, install new flooring in three rooms, repair drywall that had been damaged by a previous owner, remove old wood paneling and replace it with drywall, then paint all ceilings and walls in the remodeled and repaired areas, including the basement. We are very happy with the results. Throughout the process, they were professional, respectful, courteous, and efficient. They listened to our ideas and preferences, plus offered us helpful suggestions and advice. They completed the entire project ahead of schedule and well within the contract agreement cost. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. They used high-quality materials and equipment, and paid attention to every detail. They also cleaned up the work area every day and did not leave a mess behind. The outcome was a total transformation of our kitchen into a light, bright, and airy space. We love the new cabinets, countertops, floors, paint, and fixtures. The new flooring they installed is beautiful; all of the painted walls are fresh, smooth, and bright. It all looks fantastic. It went amazingly well.  We were worried about the disruption that would be caused by having our bathroom, which is attached to our bedroom, torn apart for several weeks, but Devin and his team could not have made it easier.  They put plastic sheeting over everything in our bedroom during the day during the demolition phase, and also rolled up our very large rug (and replaced it under our king-sized bed after they were done with the work).  They got everything done in the amount of time promised.  The crew were uniformly terrific -- nice, incredibly competent guys.   Devin was  great to work with.  Anything we wanted, he was able to figure out.  He could not have been more accommodating or helpful.  We've worked with a lot of great contractors over the years, and Devin is definitely a star.  Our bathroom designer, Debbie Gray, recommended him, and they worked together really well.  I have recommended the team to several friends already.  "

"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. In terms of cost, they may not be your cheapest bid but they won't be your most expensive either. The investment is worth it. I highly recommend REO Service Pro."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

What we especially loved was the clear contract agreement that Tony gave us with, and we really appreciated the construction project schedule that Tony presented us with the day that work began. We could always refer to it to see what was coming up and where we stood. Nothing was a surprise. I also appreciated the respect that LFC had for my house by protecting the floors and cleaning up at the end of each work day. The workers were efficient and did beautiful work. Tony always greeted me with a smile and kept me informed with every design idea that he had. Things that we didn't even think about. He made everything possible in rebuilding the damage to our house after a tree fell on it. It made us love our house even more."
