"We highly recommend Steve Phillips. He has fully remodeled one of our bathrooms, replaced our barn roof, put a roof on our pergola and repaired two of our skylights. We were absolutely thrilled with the results of all of the projects. His quotes are reasonable, he's very thorough, easy to reach by phone, completes the projects in the estimated time frame and leaves the project site impeccable upon completion. "I give them an "A" for responsiveness and professionalism. Their pricing structure is hourly based vs. project based, so it is difficult to compare them if you are gathering multiple estimates. This was not a good fit for me for this particular job. Estimates are not free. I would consider them for smaller jobs that I do not have time for."

"The work performed by Mike Maintenance was phenomenal. They were professional, highly skilled and very flexible with time scheduling and management.
