"We highly recommend Steve Phillips. He has fully remodeled one of our bathrooms, replaced our barn roof, put a roof on our pergola and repaired two of our skylights. We were absolutely thrilled with the results of all of the projects. His quotes are reasonable, he's very thorough, easy to reach by phone, completes the projects in the estimated time frame and leaves the project site impeccable upon completion. Steve is top-notch very trustworthy and we look forward to working with him again on future remodeling projects."

"I give them an "A" for responsiveness and professionalism. Their pricing structure is hourly based vs. project based, so it is difficult to compare them if you are gathering multiple estimates. This was not a good fit for me for this particular job. Estimates are not free. I would consider them for smaller jobs that I do not have time for."

"The work performed by Mike Maintenance was phenomenal. They were professional, highly skilled and very flexible with time scheduling and management. They were very friendly and paid great respect to my townhouse and clean up. Even when problems arised with repair to an attached house fixture, they were able to analyze and solve it satisfactory. Skid foundations, deck block foundations, and concrete block foundations are the most affordable shed foundation options. Of these, we recommend deck blocks. Deck blocks are easy to install and level, and they raise your shed up off the ground to prevent rotting from exposure to water and moisture. Keep in mind that deck blocks won’t resist soil movement or frost heave, so they’re not ideal in areas with expansive soil or a deep frost line.
