"I hired Warren for yard cleanup and we agreed on a price of $1,500 to remove all the leaves and remove the tree branches i cut in my backyard. However, after starting the job, Warren claimed there was more work than expected and asked for additional payment. This was disappointing, as we had already agreed on the scope and the price. If the job was underestimated, that should not be my responsibility. Furthermore, instead of removing the leaves as discussed, they were just mulched and left in the yard — which was not what we agreed upon. When a price and scope are agreed on in advance, the expectation is that the contractor completes the work as promised, not change the terms midway. Not recommended!"

"Amazing, super-fast response, were able to schedule the service incredibly quickly, came out when they said they would, reasonable price consistent with their estimate. They just finished so I can't confirm everything was done right until the walkway goes in but they certainly seemed to know what they were doing. The best irrigation company I have ever worked with by far."
