"They did an awesome job you can't tell that there was horrible water damage to a section at all. They also had it blended in just right when they applied the texture. They paid close attention to detail and always cleaned up promptly especially in the demo stage. He was friendly reliable and you could tell he was very knowledgeable about his trade. I like the fact that he never tried to up charge or add more things on. In fact he actually helped fix our attic door at no additional cost. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. His work is top quality and you don't have to pay top price. His pricing is fair and doesn't leave you with a bad taste in your mouth like so many other contractors do! The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing!
