The house is 4 years old and is purchased brand new and has numerous minor issue that have never been addressed. Contractors never return calls it is a constant hassle to get them to do any repairs. they never return calls and do everything they can to avoid you

I asked several contractors to propose on a roof replacement for our private residence. Roofsfast sent Brady Fry, Director of Operations to look at the project and estimate the cost. Roofsfast offered the top-of-the-line roof replacement system at the best value including the fastest service in the shortest amount of time to complete the job. They left me with a beautiful new roof (this was a complicated job with nine dormers, steep angles, and very narrow spaces between four of the dormers) on time and exactly as estimated. Outstanding service with a professional crew and excellent clean-up! I highly recommend Roofsfast and would go to them first if I ever need another roof.

They did a great job, looks really good. Spent more money than I wanted to on this project , but their prices were actually lower than some other company's that I got quotes from. All in all very good job and very nice people. I would recommend them.

The owners of the company made sure to reach out to me within the same day that I requested roofing details through home advisor. Every other company took days, would schedule me for an assessment, and not show up!! Or they would call me multiple times to make an appointment when I already made one! It was super frustration. Brady was out to our home within three days to give us an estimate and tell us what he professionally recommended we should do per the condition of our roof. We bought this home with a 21 year old roof on it and we new from the beginning it was in terrible condition and we needed it replaced so this was priority number one. Brady had the estimate which was MUCH more fairly priced for the EXACT same materials and warranties as the other companies! He answered all my questions, helped me get the financing I needed with a VERY low monthly payment and still receiving a warranty for longer than we even need ! He was fast and efficient and so nice! He has the work done in ONE DAY and within a week of my request!! Other companies were SO sales oriented and tried bashing other companies which I really didn't like and then also bragging about how they're the best salesman. Who does that!?. On top of that other companies wanted to make it a 6-8 weeks project! Mostly because they didn't want to make the time to do it faster and they said their schedule was full. And they tried to upsell us on things we didn't even need!! I'm SO happy with our roof. It looks phenomenal and the color is exactly what we wanted. My rating is based on the lack of integrity and professionalism of this company. RoofsFast (a subsidiary of Hardy Homes) installs roofs fast, but their integrity falls short when it comes to fixing problems they create. I had my roof replaced in May 2020 (35 squares). During the job, some plywood sheets needed to be replaced. The plywood sheets do not properly intersect at the bottom of the valley in two separate areas leaving gaps. One gap ranged from 4 inches to one inch over a six-foot span. This gap was large enough for critters (e.g., squirrels, birds, mice, etc.) to enter the attic with ease and introduce water from thunderstorms we have had this month (August 2020). The unfulfilled promises made to come back and inspect and correct these issues were never performed showing a lack of professionalism. Due to this behavior, I have had to hire a contractor to fix their mistakes. Replacement roofing is an expensive, but necessary part of being a homeowner. When you are a senior on a fixed income, you look long and hard for a company that you believe will provide quality service. No one is perfect and problems may arise, but my expectation is that a company should resolve any issues that they create. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its work. Based on the lack of integrity of this company, I can only assume that my GAF warranty is not worth the paper it is written on because if GAF states in the future that any issue that arises from the shingles is due to poor installation, then I know I will have to hire another contractor to make repairs because this company has proven that they will not respond. Update based on company response: I contacted the company several times and they were always too busy to come over to assess the problem. It is not the fascia! It is a poor installation. I do not see how they could make a statement about the fascia since they never came over to look at the problem.

Communications were awesome. Justin was always available and answered all my questions.

I just closed on my home right before the storm and found my roof had a leak, the insurance company couldn't find any damage. Mr. Justin was able to quote me that was well in my price range. even with the weather being so crazy, Mr. Justin's team was able to replace the roof in a very fast manner. Once the roof was completed, Mr. Justin came to my house to ensure the work was done properly and the area was clear of debris and made sure of my satisfaction and made sure I didn't have any further questions. I will dependently be working with this company again!!

From the time the first call made and meeting and talking with Justin we knew we did not want to deal with getting other bids. The gentleman showed up as planned and got right to work. The workers and foreman were just awesome. They were polite and courteous and answered any questions we had. They took pride in their work as if they were doing their own home. When they were done they cleaned up and went around to make sure there were no nails laying around. Then Justin came out after job and rechecked around to make sure there weren t any nails they missed and checked to make sure they did cleanup. Was dreading this experience of having to deal with salesman and contractors but they made this so so easy and I felt completely confident in our decision to go with them. They were awesome and my roof looks fantastic!!!

From the time I signed off on their estimate to the time they replaced our roof was only 3 days. And they scheduled a weekend to accommodate our schedule. Quality work done quickly.

Brady is very profesional and knows his stuff! His crew was in and out, and was able to finish my townhome in less than a day. Great value for your money! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

Roofsfast was truly wonderful in their workmanship, customer service, and pricing. Justin especially made the whole experience a breeze! I had them replace my roof, and they handled the insurance part of the situation which made it easier on me. I was so impressed with the job they did on my roof that I called them back to replace my windows as well! The crew was efficient and detail-oriented so that not only do the windows look great but my heating and cooling are more efficient. I highly recommend Roofsfast and Justin s customer service!!

Justin was exceptionally helpful during the entire process. He was a loo way in contact with me making sure every step made my approval. His roofing crew was awesome, friendly and professional and had my roof knocked out in 1.5 days. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants their roof done and done right.

We had our house and barn roof replaced, and some gutters replaced. They were extremely fast in scheduling us in. They worked great to cover our insurance needs. There were only a couple minor concerns after they finished the job; however, the owner was already addressing them before I made mention of it. They came back out to fix the concerns within one week of the original completion. Overall, they did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The crew that did the roof installation were very professional and skillful in the roof installation also they had a young women on the job that was as skillful as any man that was on the job very impressive

This company and owner was outstanding! He did all the insurance coordination and met my insurance company s adjuster at my home. His crew was courteous , professional and timely. I was upgraded to architectural shingles and had him redo my gutters and downspouts. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors. Brady, the owner, was trustworthy and committed to me being happy with the process and product.

Brady was quick to respond to my request and prioritized the job based on a quickly approaching closing date. The work was great, finished on schedule, and was priced competitivly. I would suggest this company to anyone in the area needing roof or siding work.

They were fast and efficient. Once we had the money we had a new roof. It looks great and the installers even gave us advice on other home projects we might want to do in the future (eg. deck, new shutters, etc). I would use them again.

I was very impressed from the beginning. Getting the estimate was very easy, friendly, and clear cut. I personally hate getting estimates for anything because some companies always seem very pushy. Definitely not the case here! The crew that built my deck did an excellent job. They were very quick and the work is stunning! I wish I would have done this sooner. I will definitely use them in the future!
