"Fantastic. Despite our installing new hardwood floors in the middle, which impacted timing, Phil was very flexible and got the job done. In an instance when Phil could have taken the easy path and reinstalled an existing level of insulation, he instead worked with us to figure out a better option. Phil is capable of performing the work some might hire a GC for, but you ultimately get a far superior level of service and you know who it is who is performing the work.
This is the third major job Phil has completed for us. There's no better vote of confidence in that we keep asking Phil to come back into our home.
As an aside, I also plan to hire Phil to accompany me on a walk-through of any future home purchases in the areas as I trust his extensive, well rounded knowledge and expertise better than the home inspectors I've worked with.

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.
