Outstanding customer service, I had an issue with a propane fireplace and called three other companies with no callbacks. I finally got a hold of someone and another Propane company and they recommended that I call H&B gas services. The person answer the phone talk to me for 10 minutes to ask several questions and told me that he would be able to be at my house the next day, which was a Saturday. They gave a call Pryor to showing up to tell me they were on their way When they entered the house. They removed their shoes put on booties. I told them that was not necessary and they said it was standard procedure that they wanted to respect my house. They quickly diagnosed and fixed. My problem gave several recommendations that I will follow through with. I would highly recommend them as they are available, dependable and work on the weekends, which works with my schedule.

We recently needed to replace our gas fireplace system and we found H&B Gas Services through a neighborhood app. This company had great reviews by other neighbors that used this company before. We definitely agree with everything positive that we read, this is the best! We will never associate our name with ANY company that we don’t feel absolutely comfortable with recommending to other people. From the time we called to schedule an appointment to project completion, we had excellent and honest service. We called two other companies before H&B just to get an estimate over the phone, so pricing was very competitive. We even had a Saturday appointment at no extra cost! Mr. Dishman is such an amazing person to meet. He treated us with respect and was very up front with us. He did amazing work in a short amount of time. We liked the fact that he carries everything on his truck so he completes the work without numerous trips or having to wait for parts. He is very diligent, honest, detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable and helped us with a wealth of information. We are beyond pleased with our new fireplace and cannot stress enough how thorough Mr. Dishman is with his work. He gave us a great warranty and told us to call with any questions. When we did call after about a question, he was very responsive and helpful. We are certain that anyone who uses this company will be glad they did, we certainly are! If you’re looking for a company that is honest, ethical, hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable and exceeds expectations, H&B is the one for you! There’s no doubt as to why they’ve been doing this business for almost 40 years.

He was on time to the appointment, he found the problem and fixed it right away. Further, the price he charged me was $100 less than another company that had came out the year before to check my fireplace. In addition, Bob also has Saturday and Sunday appointments, which he does not charge extra for. He is a solid and dependable man.

I was having difficulty starting my gas fireplace, as the pilot light would not light. H & B Gas Service was recommended to me by my gas company. From the very first phone call I was impressed with their professionalism and personability. This Father and Son team worked quickly to fix my fireplace issue, and provided a phone call prior to arrival to keep me updated on their timeframe. I would highly recommend them and plan to use their services again in the future.

Was very pleased for the price

We are very pleased with the work performed. Our 8 year old Lynx gas grill is working again! We will be calling Bob in the fall to check our gas fireplace. Definitely recommend this company for any gas grill or other gas related issues.

The quality of work was excellent. They were extremely professional and responsive to my needs. The price was good. They were accommodating and showed me all of the parts. They called me and we checked a few things over the phone to save me the price of a service call.
