Both offered cash discounts, both were price competitive with each other, but Aqueduct just included additional steps at a slightly lower price: drains in the window wells and a full vapor barrier installation. Estimate was 3-4 days, and they finished in 3. There were some areas of the basement where I really didn’t think they would be able to install the French drain in the entire perimeter of the basement, but the workmen knew how to tunnel through and around any obstacle.
