"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. "We have been so pleased with the whole process. From the estimate with Fernando, to the professional and friendly Office staff, to Selvin and his crew who rebuilt the deck. The communication was timely and easy. You all made making payments simple. The quality of the materials and workmanship were beyond expected. The only delay was due to me not reading an email so I apologize for that. Selvin and his crew were so nice and professional. There were no delays. Even the clean up was done within 24 hrs of the completion. Our deck is now beautiful but more importantly, safe to use. Oh, and the stair lights are amazing!! Thank you all for a great experience."

I was surprised that there was more sealing and protection applied to the underlying structure than I anticipated, more than code requires, and the deck should last a long time."

"We have been planning to upgrade our deck from lumber to composite TREX for quite some time and FA Outdoor Spaces was the only company that offers three options for decking- refloor, facelift and new deck. Brandon Campbell and Brandon Wheatley who assisted him, understood what we were looking for an provided a proposal to upgrade the flooring, railing caps and steps by replacing the wooden boards with TREX , reinforce the foundation of the deck and steps, and re-finish the existing railings to retain the original aesthetic of the deck with a modern flooring. The cost was reasonable and there was clear communication on necessary safety improvements required to make the deck last for a long time. Veronika as project manager ensured that the work was planned and scheduled for an on time completion. Veronika’s communications were timely and detailed. She made sure we were fully satisfied with the finished work and took the extra steps to ensure the end result was perfect. The crew is very knowledgeable and hardworking and they worked through some bad weather days safely to get the work done. Very satisfied and highly recommended."

"We write this review as a sigh of relief now that our renovation project with River View is finally complete. The quality of the final work is excellent, and the construction crew, architect, and county inspector were all great to work with. The original crew we worked with, led by Edwin, were so hardworking, friendly, thorough, and fast. That's what really pushed us from 2 to 3 stars. However, the process getting here was frustrating and unnecessarily chaotic. Timeline & Communication Issues: Initial promise: We were clear that the renovation had to allow us to live in our home during construction and be completed before Christmas. Early communication: Our original project manager, Cris, was personable, and early communication seemed fine, if a bit informal and sometimes inappropriately personal. Major miscommunication: Near the holidays, we discovered that the plans submitted included cutting into the roof — something we explicitly said we didn’t want. This contradicted verbal assurances and caused major last-minute changes. Project Management Failures: Poor planning and oversight: Cris and the architect’s plan didn’t align with the construction work. We had to get involved directly with the county to fix errors. Paperwork errors: Incorrect submissions to the county added delays and confusion, which we had to monitor ourselves. Last-minute scramble: We were cleaning up dust on Christmas Eve due to these planning failures. Personnel Turnover & Lack of Handoff: Cris leaves the company: No proper handover to James, the new PM, who was unfamiliar with our project. Crew replaced: The original crew, who were great, were gone; new crew had no context or direction. James leaves: Another handoff with no context — the third PM had no idea about our project or its outstanding items. Escalation mishandled: When we raised our concerns with Kyle, the CEO, the response felt dismissive, with no accountability for the previous missteps. In summary, it's a beautiful end result... but we’re glad it’s over. The process left us frustrated, confused, and frankly, exhausted."

"Had an upper and lower deck installed off of the back door. While getting estimates, Nick (Steadfast) was the only company to show up with trex samples. I live out of state and had tenants in the home and they worked on my preferred schedule. Took 5 days as promised. Easy to work with and very happy with the outcome."
