I have used them at least once and maybe twice. When I expressed concern that the siding on my dormers on the second story was not coming clean, I was advised that was the best that they could do. Well, the best that they could do earned me a violation notice from my homeowners association for a dirty home exterior. I ended up having to climb a 28 foot ladder to scrub the dormer siding clean myself. I recommend that they use their vans to make deliveries for Amazon.com. That is all that they are good for in my opinion.

Doug arrived promptly at 7:30 am as promised and began work. There was considerable green mold on the white siding and he removed it all. The deck was then sealed and now looks great.

Our patio, front walk and driveway had not been cleaned in about three years and looked bad. After Doug pressure washed these areas they look as good as when we first moved in ten years ago. If there had to be a down side it was that he does not move patio furniture or other objects from the areas that got washed. My husband was able to do that, but if you are an older single lady or have a disability I'd recommend finding a neighbor or friend to do this for you.

Returned phone calls promptly. Confirmed appointment time. Arrived on time. Did a quality job.

August 2011 was the second time Doug power washed my house and deck and sealed the deck. He quoted a price over the phone and performed the work on the agreed date. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

This is the second time I have used Dand K and have been very happy with results both times. Doug returns calls promptly and gives a price over the phone (after looking at the property). Both times they have done the work while I was at work; I came home to find a clean house and deck. I'm amazed how well everything cleans up, especially with all the mold we had this year. They use a medium pressure so even the composite deck material is safe.

It was a good job, he was friendly and the deck was as clean as could be expected after he was done.

I called him on short notice to do this a day before a party (he recommended 5 days before a party), but he showed up on time, did the work quickly and without complaint, and stuck to his estimate, even though my deck was a bit bigger than what he thought (due to my vague description). He did a great job! I have powerwashed my deck before but it never looked this good. He also washed the walls around that area and the whole porch area (not just the floor boards). And our front porch is painted. We asked him to use a gentler setting, and he did. So it was all very very clean. The powerful spray did knock off one ballister on my deck fence - but I have had two fall off before (actually it was a good reminder to go around and check all the nails and add a few here or there).

It was a wonderful experience. Doug returned my call immediately, was able to tell me what services his company provided and when he was available to come to my house to give me an estimate. Once I received the estimate, Doug called to follow up. We set up a date for him to come and do the outside work, he called the night before the appointment to confirm with us, and the next day he arrived at exactly the scheduled time, began work on time and finished on the same afternoon. The job was done exactly as we had expected and hoped for. We would definitely recommend him to others and call him again for more work ourselves.

Called and left message stating service wanted. He called back within an hour. Came out the next day and gave estimate. Performed work the next day. Work was exceptional. He was honest in telling me that using a sealer was useless and would only cost me money.

The work was done in very timely fashion, and the results were great.
