Lillard Painting transformed my stairway, ceiling, and hallway walls with precision and care. T&B, the painters, were exceptionally punctual and meticulous, ensuring that all surfaces were protected and the area was thoroughly prepared. They also skillfully repaired a section of my textured wall before beginning the painting process. Their attention to detail was remarkable, as there were no spills or streaks. They continuously inspected their work and made necessary corrections, resulting in a flawless finish. I am delighted with the outcome and will undoubtedly enlist Lillard Painting for future projects. I highly recommend their services!

He took the time to explain what he intended to do, estimated how long it would take to complete each task and had us up to inspect after the work was completed. Fast, complete/thorough, professional! The staff of Lillard Painting, Inc. were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were always on-time, hard working, and VERY accommodating when it came time to scheduling the work to be done. (Note: Our project was so extensive and had to be done while we were still living in the house. Consequently, we needed to have them stretch out the timeframe of the work to allow us have other contractors come in to complete various rooms/areas before being able to shift around furniture to allow Lillard staff to return for their next phase(s) of their work to be done!) I'm already planning to have them return at some future date to tackle more repair and painting projects on the 2nd floor of the house and the exterior of my garage.

I have used Lillard Painting exclusively for interior and exterior painting and for wallpapering for more than 30 years.  I would not use anyone else.  Mr. Lillard and his son Jason perform a careful inspection of what I want done, offer suggestions, and then provide an ironclad estimate.  The painters they send are professional, pleasant to have around, arrive exactly on time, and the job is finished on time.  I think once in 30+ years I wasn't perfectly satisfied with something and Mr. Lillard sent someone over ASAP to fix it.  I have recommended this company to many friends and they have all been as satisfied as me.

They (company owners and office staff) were very courteous and pleasant. Teddie and David, the painters, were extremely conscientious where repairs to the walls were needed, they did it. They removed closet shelves to make them more accessible. They removed the front of a kitchen drawer to stain it in a color with the other drawers and doors. They were very good about cleaning up. They could not have been nicer.

Mr. Lillard & son, Jason, were very kind and considerate when they came for the estimate.  Later, when we had a leak in the attic, Jason went beyond his call of duty and climbed into the attic and found the cause of the leak.  We never would have expected this from a "painting" company.  The painter, Jason, was friendly, punctual, and very professional.  He was always neat and careful.  They did a great job.  The family had painted my parents' house (interior) in the 1970's and I will always turn to them for my painting needs.

We have used Lillard Painting for almost 25 years.  They are our painters...period.  The level of service has never wavered.  They are consistently responsive, helpful in framing the task and providing advice, timely, efficient and impeccable in the performance of the work and consistent in followup to ensure customer satisfaction.  Of course we have had a number of different workers do the work over the years but every one has been highly skilled, personable, meticulous and tidy.  And the prices are always very reasonable.  Why would we ever look elsewhere?  Bill Lillard has created a model for service that all contractors should aspire to.  But then we wouldn't need Angie's List.  ;-)  
Oh, this job?  Simply par for the course...outstanding.  Bill Lillard advised us to install the new lighting before we made a color choice and provided us with the name of an outstanding electrician.  Wow, what a difference.  Even then we changed our initial choice after the first coat and the painter didn't skip a beat.  The final product was a crowning touch to our renovated kitchen.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the process or the outcome.

The men did an excellent job. They were also very prompt in arriving to do the job. We have used Mr. Lillard for may years with excellent work.

Good. They were not the least disrupted painters, nor the fastest, but they were the most careful and amp; highest quality we've ever seen.
