He put a cover down over our hardwood to protect it and was very careful not to scratch anything on our floor. They cleaned the inside, screen and glass (in all the years we had it serviced that has NEVER happened), and put it back together perfectly! Very professional, fast, considerate, and personable! He will be servicing our fireplace from here on out! Thank you so much. We are so excited to have our fireplace back after all these years. We are so lucky to have found you! 👏😊"
